Nothing against this actual stores employees, however this was the worst customer experience I have ever had with a Papa Johns. Ordered 2 medium pizza for delivery from their app, received email confirmation. I check the ‘papa tracker’ on my app and I don’t see any movement on the pizza. I figure it’s late night maybe it’s taking a moment. I check back 15 mins AFTER I have ordered, and it says order canceled. No call. No message. No email. I call the store and they were very short and just said the store was currently closed. The app never listed the store hours when I placed my order at all. I entirely respect not wanting to take delivery orders close to closing time. But perhaps at least call the person whose order is being canceled? Or do not allow orders to be placed within a half hour of closing time on your app? Absolutely ridiculous. Thankfully there was a Dominos near our hotel that was still available for delivery after we wasted time late night waiting for an order that was never coming.Do better Papa Johns.

Ordered 3.5 hours ahead for a scheduled time. Arrived on time to be told it would be an hour wait. Why even let me schedule a time if I'm going to have to wait once I get there? And an hour? Really? They said it was because it was a "go ahead" order. I scheduled it for a reason.Same thing happened to the guy behind me. When i said i wanted to cancel, suddenly its 40 minutes. When i left the store, suddenly it's 20 minutes.When i schedule an order, it should be ready when i get there. Especially when i ordered 3.5 hours ago.

Ordered online. Received a text that it was ready for pick up... only to arrive and be told that an order for 45 pizzas was ahead of me! Waited over a half an hour to be given the wrong pizza. Finally got the correct pizza, only to get home and not have the correct sauce I ordered. So annoyed!

Gave this place a chance. Took 2 1/2 hours to have the pizza delivered. I called the restaurant and ab extremely incompetent so called manager told me everyone called in sick and he was there alone. Three months later I placed a pickup order. They never tell you how long it will be when you order. When the tracker came up it was 90 minutes! 90 minutes for a pickup order!!! Refused to give us our money back, and cancel the order. I will NEVER order from this restaurant again! I don't know how they stay in business! Worst experience!

Shout out to the guys that made my pizza on 12/19/2021! You guys are killing it! I witnessed the stress you were under and you handled it better than most. I appreciate how polite and efficient everyone was!

Poor Store management !!!. I ordered a pizza only to find out that it would be ready in 2h (120 min) !!! It turned out that only 1 (one) person was working in the store at time. So I cancelled my order. Before I also encountered problems such as long wait time or missing parts of my order in that store. I decided not to visit this place anymore.

Nicest staff. Food always great. We truly come here just to talk to the night crew. They're the best

Made an order and part of it was missing. Called and talked to a manager and they said that it will be delivered when driver gets back. It's been now over 90 minutes and I still haven't gotten rest of my order

Why have an App when the Manager says it isn’t correct??? The app said my food was delivered. Never came. Called twice to the store Manager just gave excuses, The driver must’ve cashed out before it was delivered, food isn’t here he has it. I said that is correct he has it and I’d like my $60 back. It was refunded, then the Manager hung up me. Love customer service.
