I went in to order and pickup in person. I was horrified with the level of hygiene! Employees go out for a smoke, handle cash, touch their hair and face, and then handle food without washing their hands first. Absolutely disgusting and I’m sure this is health code violation! The company needs to do a much better job training their employees and making sure they follow the protocols!
They need to update the online ordering system. When you order it may say estimated wait 20-40 min, but it may not be true.. I had to call after an hour asking about my order (and, as expected, nothing but attitude). They said the wait was 95 min as if I were supposed to know that. Order elsewhere..
Typical papa Johns pizza always good to me and always consistent order complete time was surprisingly excellent with only 2 employees working

I love the papadias so much. The pizza is really great and I especially like getting it well done. I guess the only thing I'm not big on is the prices for some things is already pricy but to then ask for a tip when I'm coming there to pick the food up is a little over the top. If there wasn't that added pressure of having to do a tip I would give 5 stars easily.
Food was delicious had the Papadia with mushrooms and steak meat and Pineapples and my Fiancee had medium pizza with sausage and Pineapples we will be ordering from you guys again.

Placed an order at 6:30 PM to be delivered by 9:30 PM. At 9:50 called and talked to the absolute worst excuse for a manager maybe in the history of any business. He had nothing but attitude and gave me the abysmal excuse that they were busy and couldn't seem to grasp why I wasn't ok with that ( the order I placed 3 hours in advance) There are tons of other pizza places in the area so my advice would be to find someplace else
Quoted 30-35 minutes for delivery. Took almost 2 hours. Wish they would of told us it would take this long, we would off of made other dinner plans. Way too expensive for what we got
