Always a great fancy experience at Olive Garden, but this time I tried Steak and Alfredo, oh My! It was a taste I will miss, the steak were cooked very nicely, and Alfredo with shrimp was a blessing for my tastebud! Loved it and will be back. Plenty of seating space, and very nicely organized with perfect amount of light. I just love Olive Garden I guess
So if you are in this area Pennsylvania it’s worth dropping in and having a high carb meal right before a sporting event.No this place is great and it is your typical Olive Garden but it only gets four stars and I’m gonna tell you why. The windows inside and outside are really and clean and disgusting. Where we said you could see the bird poo on the outside of the windows on the inside right at our table you can see all the greasy little kitty handprints all over full sets of windows or we were setting.Now the food was delicious as always but there is an exception here. You will notice my daughter was brought ziti with a red cream sauce and she ordered cheese ravioli with an Alfredo sauce. Mistakes happen and she decided to go with what was brought to her rather than send it back but because of waiters with super 2 inch long fingernails name Jack that don’t write you’re down and commit it to memory incorrectly.On a sidenote I stepped away to wash my hands my daughter asked for more water and our server brought it back with lemon she told him I ordered without lemon he insisted know your lemon. Any sadly amusing part of this as I have a citrus allergy and Brooke never ordered lemon unless I wanted to free hospital trip.
Horrible service from the moment you walk in. No one smiles. Most unhappy employees I've ever seen. Food was horrible as well. Could never find our server. We ordered and waited a long time for the salad and breadsticks and there were only 3 other customers in there. The breadsticks were inedible. They were hard as rocks. When she brought our food we ordered new bread but the plates for the food were so hot that she burned her hand on the plate. We couldn't touch them. The plates were hotter than the food on them. She never came back. We couldn't order anything else to drink because we never saw her again. We paid at the table and left. I'm sure she was surprised that we weren't sitting there anymore. Horrible dining experience. I would not recommend this Olive Garden.
Olive Garden is a staple of the family restaurant industry. It’s hard to do poorly, and thus is an easy, safe pick for all your spaghetti? needs. The portion sizes on the bottomless soups? have finally been decreased. Which I personally believe is a smart move for everyone. I was actually able to put a dent into my dinner? because I wasn’t bloated on soup and salad? before my meal came. Thank you Olive Garden Headquarters!
Had the tour of Italy and its was freak in amazing. I hadn't had pasta in months. Service was 10/10 too.
The food service was quick, the waiter was friendly, and the food was tasty. The wait time to be seated was shorter than expected. The place was quite busy when we were seated, but our waiter was attentive. There was a pause for the breadsticks to arrive, but the rest of the food arrived in a timely manner.
Excellent service and food! We had a slight wait so we waited in our vehicle. They text my cell phone within 10 min with directions to our awaiting table. Very satisfied
Always super friendly staff here! Food is always great. The only complaint could be that it gets a little loud when noisy, but I'd suggest sitting in the bar area where it's a little more quiet at times. This is my favorite restaurant and I recommend the Chicken Parmesan.
Typically like most Olive Gardens. Some welcome changes on the menu, still using gimmicks to entice customers , ie; the "buy one get one" is now "buy one get one" for $5.00 and they didn't give but three choices. Considering the times that could be ok, if more choices. The next thing which reflects on mgmt, is there needs to be consistent training for waitstaff. Been to over 100 Olive Gardens nationwide and this was the first one to charge for things other locations do not
The BEST SALAD EVER!! I LOVE this place and no matter where you travel, Olive Garden is ALWAYS consistent with the freshest ingredients in every meal. The staff is always friendly and they go above and beyond to give the best service!
