I love the concept of this place and everybody else's food looked great; however, the entree I got: orange chicken lo mein was not what I expected. The chicken was grilled and had no sauce, but the noodles were drenched in orange sauce. I expected it the other way around and found it too sickly sweet.

Definitely a staple of my college diet. They have so many different options of pasta and protein add-ons. This place was always worth the trip walking or taking the bus to it.

At first glance, it was a quiet and clean atmosphere. There wasn’t many people sitting inside but it was very spacious. I had decided on getting the Penne Rosa with Parmesan-Crusted Chicken and Potstickers. One issue that I encountered was that the potstickers were missing and a refund was not available unless you returned in person. It seemed like they did not want to give a refund and tried to convince me to just come back for the potstickers which is an inconvenience. The pasta itself was not bad but it seemed like it was microwaveable food. Overall it was just a disappointing experience.

Overall, I have had decent experiences at this noodles&co location. The staff there do a good job in both customer service and food prep. While I am a bit devastated that they no longer serve the beef stroganoff, the Japanese noodles are still delicious.

Would absolutely give 0 stars if I could. Maybe the most poorly run establishment I’ve ever been to. When I arrived, I waited about 20 minutes to be 3rd in line. When I finally reach the front, they hold up the in person orders for over 30 minutes to prioritize the people picking up their food. I’ve never heard of a food place that doesn’t prioritize the people who are physically inside waiting. You’d think they’d do what every other establishment would on planet earth does and shut off pick up orders until they could handle it. Don’t come here it blows.

I would highly recommend this place. The atheistic is very nice (in my opinion) with the mix of orange, nice amount of seating, and the food is pretty good. I tend to order the same item though so keep that in mind.Had a good experience where I got the wrong order but it was settled swiftly and without any hassle. No real opinion on employee interaction since I simply order my food, then sit and eat. So far though, I don't have anything negative to say about my "employee interactions" thus far.Prices are good for amount of food you get and if you're on a diet you can ask for a smaller proportion meal.

The person taking orders at the counter was not sociable or helpful. We asked him what the drink options were and he never spoke or pointed to the menu board just continued to stare at us. The food was meh, the portions were small, the trash cans were overflowing, one of the toilets was broken and filled with urine and paper due to no out of order sign on the door. We also had to go and get our food from the counter (why are we guilted into a tip if we are our own waitstaff?). We were told that they could not deliver it to us due to COVID but yet, they took our order, plated the food, bagged the food with utensils and napkins but they could not actually bring it to us due to COVID (SMH). The COVID excuse has gotten out of hand and only means poor customer service and laziness. This establishment is also an environmental nightmare. No recycling for all the bottles/cans that they sell and the serving dishes are also non-recyclable. Everyone gets a paper bag even if you are dining in. Such an incredible waste of money and resources.

The food actually tastes good, no complaint in that department. Additionally, wait times are acceptable at around 10 minutes a meal typically. However, the portion size is rather small for $10. For a "regular" size you get a fairly small circular bowl of your ordered dish. I thought I might've accidentally gotten a small size at first.

Diverse group were all able to find something that met dietary restrictions and preferences. Fountain soda options were fun. I get so tired of diet coke.

Excellent asian fusion eatery. Tasty and fresh dishes for everyone!
