Overall it was a solid experience. They went a bit heavy with the sour cream on the taco, but otherwise it was good quality ingredients. I like it better than Chipotle.
I’ve only ever eaten here a couple of times and have heard mixed reviews but never had a horrible experience myself. Food is pretty good and service is quick, the dinning room could be cleaner if you’re eating in, but then again I can see how it could get messy with so much foot traffic coming through!
Great Mexican food, I had a stacked quesadilla with chicken and it was amazing!
I updated my review on October 27, 2021, to add two more stars, after Moe's improved and Qdoba discontinued so many items I stopped visiting there.Moe's now has the best Mexican food of the three chains. Unfortunately, their food is not as good as Qdoba's used to be.I only rate them three stars because their order accuracy is as low as 80%. I have received multiple refunds from DoorDash for blatant errors, like providing pork instead of chicken.If Moe's could halve its error rate, to say, 90% accuracy, then I would increase my rating by another star.---------------------------This was posted in 2016:After my negative experience at Chipotle, I hoped that the new Moe's would be be better, but I was disappointed yet again.All three of the Mexican chains seem to have comparable food quality, so I have no complaints about the food. I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness of this restaurant. At many restaurants, the tables are left dirty between patrons, but here a staff member was solely dedicated to cleaning the dining room full-time. As soon as someone left, the table was wiped and the floor was swept up within one minute. This is far better than Chipotle, which was unsanitary.Unfortunately, yet again, the staff could not serve customers quickly. I came at 2:00pm, and the line was out the door. I waited several minutes and then left. I came back at 6:30 and waited 24 minutes just to place my order. I was extremely disappointed because I was unable to swim laps that evening, and obviously nobody can afford to take such a long lunch on a weekday even if I had stayed earlier.
Love this place. Great food. Good rewards/loyalty program.
First time I ever ate here took my girlfriend and she bit into what I could only describe as a metal brilliant pad piece. We were given a free meal for the inconvenience with an expired coupon which when we went to redeem it weeks later they wouldn't honor the coupon without an argument. Probably will not eat here again.
Good Moe's. Big quantity. Okay service. Clean and hygienic.

Read this one for a Good Moe's.This is by far the best Moe's from Pittsburgh, to Scranton, to Washington DC. Starting with the manager, she is everything you could ever want. We had an issue with the register itself and she was on top of it with the best of manners. She was so very kind to my wife and children that my wife wanted her picture taken!This place was clean! Very clean.And for the first time ever, the employees treated their own product with respect! The food had taste and texture! It was good! I could hardly believe that each piece of food on my plate was identifiable, fresh, and enjoyable.Why can't all Moe's be like this? Because there is only one manager like this that I have encountered.
Manager was kind and helpful. We had a mistake with our order. She took care of it immediately and went above and beyond to make sure all was well. The restaurant was clean and food delicious. We will be coming back. Thank you!
