The lobby is closed during breakfast , leaving only the drive through which alot of our work trucks can't fit through (mine included). Seems odd the ones out working already can't stop here for breakfast like other locations if you can't fit through the drive through. I'm sure it's forcing more than one customer to go to burgerking or sheetz right on the same street.
I've never had any issues here personally the staff is very nice and friendly, I normally swing by after work cause it's close by and even late at night like 30 min from closing they are friendly and chill(I do feel bad when work let's us out late and I decide on mcnuggets?) but Mcdonalds app makes things fast and smooth normally for me as well pretty handy and good rewards and deals.
The last 4 times iv been there they have got my wife's or my food wrong and then one of us has to eat while the other waits for there food.. if you don't eat it then you will have cold food and then when hers or mine comes back out one of us are just sitting there.. I don't recamend taking your family there it is a place to go by your self
Always have the greasest burger and fries for anything over 10 bucks unless you order of the value menu then you food is slopped together sometimes
Was alright. Drive thru can take forever and sometimes they forget to put something in the bag. But overall, your average McDonald's
Food was hot and order was correct. Drive thru line was not a long wait at all.
Very consistent food. Quick delivery of orders. But the dining room is closed and the drive-in lines were long. #covid
Had to go to drive thru since lobby is closed. Tried to order cheeseburgers 5 minutes before they were ready to take lunch orders not knowing the time. Was told no by manager. I said it will be 5 minutes by the time I get to your window. Still just NO. When I got to the window, I asked to speak to the manager. She stood firmly with her answer of No. The manager could have made a better decision to offer me to pull ahead in a parking space and they would bring out cheeseburgers in a few minutes. That would have been more customer pleasing. Instead, she chose to lose a sale and make a customer sit thru the drive thru line for NO FOOD. Poor management! Lousy customer service.
Do not order the iced caramel macchiato from this particular McDonald's. Worst mistake I have ever made in my life. I've never had a macchiato that tasted sour, rotten, and acidic. I just wasted my money on the worst drink I have ever bought in my entire life. Big slap in the face was I had to wait extra long for it. I just can't even drink it, I had to dump it.Edit: Went back and they charged me for a McGriddle I never got. I think morning staff just sucks. Not coming back to this one.
Just ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese McGriddles and they literally forgot the sausage in both sandwiches
