Drive thru lady was very rude but we are still waiting on food. Will update you.Update- fries were okay
I stopped at McDonald’s this morning spent money and look at this dried out old apple pie I’m disgusted this is about the 4th it’s happened and I’ve complained they don’t care it’s sad can’t even find workers who actually do there job they’re lazy never friendly in the morning I’m disgusted waste of money way to ruin my morning good job
Not worth trying to find off I-99. It’s a few roads & a confusing lot for in & out to get back to 99.As for the food. I usually like warp speed fast. However, my food bag open on an unmarked rack w/oba receipt or anything while two door dash bags are on the counter. Ultimately 10 minutes later i inquire w a poor woman whom I think had a stroke. She informs me that our rack grab a cup. LolThese people are overworked & under payed. These rating are not going to deter anyone from getting “free” food from the app.10pc nugget 2 honeys lg coke $1.06 & i still will never take the time to get off 99 again
Good number of times, orders are wrong. Emailed the owner only to get insulted. Fine! Taco bell it is. Went back to get Kids happy meals, order took 45 minutes. Called number on receipt, only to be insulted by owner. Told me to stop complaining about her employees. Gee, wrong/miscooked meals,extended wait,greasy floor, missing items in meal deals. Yet, I'm the problem? Dear owner/operator,get it together. I get way better service at SHEETZ, two blocks away. and the burgers are actually with meat, unlike McDonald's meat flavored cheese sandwiches.
I've never gotten sauce at this McDonalds. I always order dipping sauce with nuggets, (sometimes extra), and despite it showing up on the order screen, I never receive it. Nuggets are really too dry and salty to eat plain, but I guess the staff here doesn't care. McDonalds, if you have sauce, please just sell it to customers like a normal restaurant.
Only had one of two drive thru lines open. It was ten minutes before 5pm. Plus the line took longer than I'm used to at a McDonald's. They are always the fastest drive thru but not sure what was going on with this one. Food was good and also hot.
I pulled up to the drive thru and the menu was not working. When I told the person taking my order, savannah (GM) , she told me the menu was there and to just order. After trying to explain again that the menu was not posted she became very hostile and condescending when all I wanted was to figure out what number my chicken nugget meal was. 0/10 experience and savanna sucks
Always find a reason for their ice cream machine to be down. Better yet, once you're in line you can't leave due to a concrete barrier. You have to wait in the rest of the line to leave if they don't have what you want.
called because one of my friends was picking up my mobile order. turns out my phone needs to be at the restaurant and my friends couldn’t get my stuff (i have covid so i couldn’t be at the restaurant). i didnt realize this and that was my fault. however, before i knew this i called to see if my friends could be handed my food without my phone being at the restaurant. the man, without telling me that my phone needed to be physically at the restaurant, yelled at me over the logistics of what i was telling him (i told him my friends had spoken to “the man up front”. he proceeded to argue with me that there was no man up front and my friends were lying to me??? like what??? lol). i also told him i couldnt be there because i had covid and couldn’t be at the restaurant. this man told me people come into this mcdonald’s with covid all the time and it didn’t matter (yikes…). the woman who he handed the phone with was the only reasonable person who explained why they could not hand my friends the order. so shout out to her. but whoever that man was on the phone deserves to be FIRED!!!!!!!!! and the covid comments make me questionable about the health precautions about this mcdonald’s. rude and unprofessional.
Extremely fast. They handle high volumes of customers with ease, agility, friendliness and order accuracy!!!!
