Just left from picking up an Uber eats order & I wasn’t greeted at all. The older woman with the blonde hair blatantly ignored me. I overheard the other old woman with the red hair mention that she had been dealing with a lot of rude delivery drivers that didn’t have anything to do with me. I wanted to make sure I had everything and they were both just rude and condescending. I called of course, I asked if the woman I was speaking to was the lady with the blonde hair and she hung up on me! LOL DISGUSTING.

Thos place was getting ready to close and still took my order. The ladies working were both friendly and has great customer service!!! I'll be returning on my next visit to the state college area
Ordered using the App, but pulled into the Drive thru waiting parking spots, instead of the Curbside spots, which are on the opposite side of the building. The emotes kindly figured out my mistake and brought my order to my car.
Worst mcdonalds ive ever seen. Tried to walk in at 11 and they wouldnt take anymore orders. For “delivery” only. Please dont go here.

Sadly this place makes you feel wrong when they messed up, I paid for 4 sandwiches and they missed one and when I came in from drive thru they informed me that they did have everything and to check again. I don't, I was missing one...I felt like she had accused me of trying to pull a fast one but I really was missing the sandwich. I keep saying I won't come back to this one because 3 out of 5 service was either rude or my food was messed up and they were rude about what they did wrong. More customer service training maybe needed? Don't talk rude to customers who spent 30 or more dollars on food. No one wants to work fast food but there is no reason to be rude to the customers.
Incredibly understaffed, which is understandable, but those who are working never seem as diligent as one would expect. Overall better management would probably drastically improve efficiency and therefore the experience.
Been here several times, and it's about what you'd expect. The staff are friendly, it never takes too long for the food to be made, the environment is lively, and the price isn't bad. Once in a blue moon the staff might mess up you order, it happened to me once. I won't rate this place less because they corrected their mistake, don't forget that they're human like us, we all make mistakes.
