I was very pleased with the staff planning and service in providing a large order of 30 pieces of chicken, two large sides and biscuits for a church outreach. Because I was picking up the order at 7 pm July 2 they took extra measures to be sure they had sufficient supplies at the end of the day. The order was done on time and they helped carry it to the car even though they must have been tired from a long day. I appreciate that the staff was courteous, friendly and professional. And the food was delicious.
Don’t come an hour or two before they close. They literally ALWAYS run out of either chicken, Mac and cheese, coleslaw, etc. <~ they were out of all of these the last time I went and was an hour before they closed. This has happened to me more than 3 times with this KFC. Food was a 5/10 due to freshness.

Got the bowls and bucket of chicken meal. Very good! Prices didn't seem to jump like most other fast food places... yet. A very tidy looking place in "Happy Valley".
While visiting this particular KFC, several things were noted. Yes, it was a Penn State graduating weekend, but they were not packed with people. The staff was rather cordial and seemed to want to help. But two issues arose. The first was that they got our order incorrect. They didn't provide sauces we asked for, and we were shorted two individual sides of mac n cheese. We promptly went up and asked for both. Upon inspection, we discovered that all of our mac n cheese was about only one-half full. The other issue was that the self-dispensing soda machine was not working. Ordinarily I would chalk that up to some pandemic restrictions or other, but the inconvenience of a refill each time was bothersome. Now, that said, the food was cooked well, but the portions were quite small. With this avian flu issue out here, that could help explain it. But it certainly wasn't to par as other KFCs don't seem to have issues making their competitive chicken sandwich at least remotely fit the bun (chicken was only half the size of the bun, no kidding). So, while I despise having to give a lower rating to such friendly folk, of whom I know this isn't many of their fault, I'd have to say the experience was a three point fours stars. Perhaps it was just the day. Who knows. Give em a shot and see what you think.
The spicy chicken sandwich didn’t have pickles as advertised. They don’t answer the phone after 4 attempts.
Literally EVERY SINGLE TABLE was dirty and not swept under. The food was okay and the staff was decently friendly, but it was definitely not an inviting environment to eat food. Looking back into the kitchen it didn’t look very clean either. The soda machines don’t work in the dining room either. This place needs to step it up.
They made some mistakes, but didn't get rude or anything like that. They fixed my order and remade it even after another customer grabbed my food and tried to walk off with it by accident. They are new but solid. They can only get better. Hopefully they keep that can do attitude!
Horrible service. When I was ordering at the drive-through, I asked if they sell ice cream here and the employer said 'No, we don't have ice cream.' I politely replied ok thank you and then she said "It's not Macdonald's here" with a disdain tone. I am not asking if I am at Macdonald's or not, and I don't need her to remind me where I am. After picking up my food, I went into the store to complain to their manager. Their manager was not sorry at all for my horrible experience. He only said OK I will take care of that without admitting it's their fault. Just go to Macdonald's next time:)
I have never had a problem at this location until today. I know mistakes happen so I’m being understanding this time but really upset that my dinner plans were RUINED!!. Ordered & paid for 3 famous bowls, get home(a hour away) and only 1 famous bowl…2 bowls of Mac n cheese??♀️!!!!!
