As always, the sandwich was delicious. The customer service, when I called, was great but they did not offer a way to rectify the problem. Unfortunately they are only have one driver so delivery times are not guaranteed, my sandwich was 60 minutes late and I did not finish my lunch before I started work again in the afternoon. I recommend that if you order, you pick up. Also, I customized my sandwich and it was not customized. :(
They don’t even answer the phone .
The food is really good. But the delivery service is terrible. I've waited over an hour for delivery twice now. Definitely NOT fast.

It's so,so at best would rather eat at many other places than here again.
Menu price doesnt match charge in store. Be prepared to pay an extra dollar ontop of tax and menu price for no reason.
Excellent service and food
The sub was great, no complaints in that department. But with 3 employees and NO other customers in the store, the tables should have NOT been sticky. It was so gross, I ate as fast as I could and got out of there. Again good subs, nasty dining area.
