My wife and I recently dined here after stopping by one of their other IHOP locations several times in Baltimore, MD. We found the restaurant to be clean and the food tasty! Portions weren't extremely generous but satisfying. This location did seem to be a bit understaffed but the wait for our food certainly wasn't excessive! Overall it was a very good dining experience.

The food was good. The waitress didn't have much interest in serving us. We waited about five minutes to be seated while she cleared tables. She brought us our beverages, my son finished his soda while she was gone and before she took our order. She didn't offer to refill his soda when she came back. After we ordered she brought us our meals, then disappeared again until we weren't the check out, we waited about five minutes before she came to check us out.

Had Albert as a server, he was very kind and helpful and informed me of all the specials for the day. I didn’t see any other staff the entire time, it seemed like Albert was taking care of all the tables and he seemed to be doing a wonderful job doing it. Thank you Albert. Food was great also

We got there with open minds knowing they were busy. However being busy and not caring are two completely different things. After waiting for a while we were finally greated by our waitress. We ordered 2 sweet teas. The 1st was fine. The second had a layer of "sugar", what she called it, on the bottom. We asked for another but were told " just mix it up yourself and if you don't like it then I'll get you a new one." We didn't touch the drink. We waited for a bit more and got our food. It was cold.but we didn't send it back, because we didn't want to wait any longer. We set the drink on the edge of the table and watched several staff members walk by as if nothing was wrong. Being done with our food we had to call our waitress over and ask for our check, after she kept glaring at us. After she brought the check she asked if we liked the tea, we said no. She apologized then but it was to late. The drink was taken off the check, but it didn't matter. There was no change in the drawer so she had to get that, more waiting. She didn't get a tip. It will be a long while,IF we decide to return.

Horrible experience! Our waiter smelled like he just came off a one break. Barely checked on us and when. We did receive our food 75% of it was cold. I could have made a better breakfast at home.

Staff was unattentive. Couldn't answer any questions. Overcharged us. Waited awhile to be served cold food. Sent it back, was leaving before we were served the warm food.I've never complained so much during a meal. Especially one from IHOP.

The worst experience I have ever had at ihop the place was not very busy for a sat around 2 service was the worst never found out who our waiter was after they sat us party of 2 5 min wait time to seat. But after that it got bad. Drink order was wrong. Food order was wrong silverware was dirty and it was hand wrapped. Was ignored when I asked for help from any of the servers the bill was wrong they charged us for things we didn't order had to have that fixed. Eat my food with my fingers cause of the silverware issues after getting out food. No waiter again. When we were done eating. The waiter came and dropped the check and offered us Togo cups which we said no thankyou he brought them back anyways. And never took the check to cash out. Had to go to the counter. And they didn't have money in the reg to handle cash. Check was 25.00 we offered 30.00. We left the tip of 5 on the table. He said I don't have cash. Want to leave it for the server. We said no. He had to leave the counter to go into the kitchen to get our change never coming back again. Will not even talk about how clean the place was. If I could give a neg number I would give a -10

We were glad that they were open on a holiday (Martin Luther King day) as most restaurants are closed and we were hungry. For this reason itself, they deserve 5 stars. The food is as expected since it is part of a large food chain like McDonald's. You are expected to get the same consistent food experience in all outlets and this one did not disappoint.Their specials was the unlimited pancakes. Since I was looking for something more healthy, I avoid that option.I chose the Chicken Fajita omelette with a side of fresh fruits and a cup of coffee. I think you can't get any healthier than that. The omelette was delicious and the fruits were fresh.A great place to have good breakfast at moderate prices.

Clinton the server went above and beyond as our waiter. He litterally showed us the best breakfast deal going on and then recomended franks red hot with our eggs and hash browns which as awesome. He even brought me a refil, sierra mist in a 32 oz to go cup and was a pleasure to talk to. He also let us know about the after lunch soecials from 2pm-close. A cheeseburger and fries for $5? cheaper than McD's ... and a Ham & Cheese Omelette and 3 panckase for the same price? Awesome. Anyways Clinton enjoys helping people and will succeed in life treating people this way because he is passionate about it and his job. The food was super fast as well. We truly appreciate it Clinton if you ever read this.

Ordered (1) fried steaks with scrambled eggs, and (2) customized omelette with avocado. Steak was a bit saltier than expected, the scrambled eggs didn't have any salts on it. But enjoyed the whole steak anyway. Omelette was delicious. Loved every bit of it.
