You can get either pre-imagined or specifically ordered salads; order specifics as the bowl moves down the multitude of ingredients. Servings were huge! My salad (a pre-imagined salad with BBQ ranch dressing) was very good; my wife's bowl was too; my daughter wasn't crazy about the taste of hers even though she specified all the ingredients (said it didn't taste special).
I built my own salad and OH MY GOD what a mouth party that was! The food was amazing. Fresh. Tasty. A lot of it. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. If I went to this college I'd eat there every day.

This is the best salad place I have ever been to. I went all the time in college. I have since moved out to Colorado and no place compares. Highly recommended!!!
