Drive thru convenience was nice. Restrooms need improvement.
The (iced) sunrise roasted coffee was good. The combined shared seating area is comfortable and clean.
Service takes literally FOREVER and when I have a 15 minute break and ever second counts, yet I'm left to stand at the counter every time for atleast 7 minutes while they tend to just the drive thru as if people in store don't matter. Always out of the most popular donut at 930am like it isn't known those are bought up everyday by early morning and ordering more to ensure you don't sell out by atleast lunch must be to complicated. It seems to me if everyday you sell out of one thing within hours of opening, you'd think ordering more of that kind would be a smart move, but alas, their out constantly. Oh and at this particular location the workers barely speak English, are nearly impossible to understand and they have the audacity to get rude with you when you ask them to repeat themselves

The past three times I’ve been there I’ve ordered a chai tea. But they keep giving me lattes. I even told them not the latte. But they still gave me the latte.
They know my order before I even say it half the time. They always are quick and friendly. Prices are far also. Only problem I find is that they seem to not be able to keep their snacking bacon warm for some reason.
The donuts were a day old. I wasn't impressed
