Was the only customer In the store. Asked for extra skim as well as my flavors. They only gave 1 pump of skim and didn't include the flavors.
Staff are amazing there and always so kind to me. One time I had a big order and they offered to bring it to my car. It was freezing cold outside and they were very busy. I told them I couldn’t let them come outside with no jacket so I went in but was so appreciative of the offer. However this last incident is what made me have to write a review. I come here every Sunday and always very kind staff and they are always working so hard. You can see them through the window moving quickly around to get the orders out. This Sunday I forgot my wallet and the district manager was there and covered the cost. I was already having a rough morning with two toddlers in the backseat and would have to drive all the way back home to get my wallet. I told them I would go home and come back and they told me it would be no problem and that the district manager said he would cover my cost. He gave them his card and paid for me and told me to have a good day. I was not expecting that at all. It really really changed the entire course of my day! Thanks so much Dunkin manager and staff!
The staff is amazing & the orders are always processed so fast !!! It is my roommate’s and I go to spot for coffee and breakfast treats. Shout out to Brandon for making our mornings brighter?
This used to be my favorite place to get my coffee as it always was right and good tasting but lately in the last 3 months my orders are more incorrect and drinks are bad tasting as if not enough ingredients are used. Wish there was a way to standardize the taste at most Dunkin’s.

Honestly the worst place in State College to get food or drink. It's slow none of the employees seem to care about getting the order correct. The old staff was amazing. Who ever runs it now needs to be trained properly.
How about you stop changing your store hours every 3 seconds and turn off your signs when you close.
Absolutely terrible customer service. The manager was extremely rude and did not even try to make things right.
After waiting in the drive thru line for 42 minutes, my office breakfast bagels were NOT sliced (as ordered),and I received only 1 tub of cream cheese when I ordered 2. Nott enough!! No napkins either.
My drink was great and the employee Jordan was very helpful and kind!
