The girl with black hair missed up my order 4 times. Additionally, this branch always waters down drinks and makes orders incorrectly. Go somewhere else
This is a good and reliable Dunkin’. The orders are prepared fast, efficiently, and correctly!
Coffee is always watered down and tasteless.
I HAVE TOLD THIS PLACE NUMEROUS TIMES ABOUT THEIR DOOR. IT CLOSES WAY TO FAST. WELL TODAY IT SLAMMED ON MY HAND. LUCKILY WHERE IT SLAMMED CAUSED JUST BROKEN SKIN AND BAD BRUISING. BUT IT IS BAD ENOUGH THAT ITS GONNA BREAK SOMEONE HAND. IDK WHY THE OWNERS DON'T FIX IT. I HAVE THIS IN ALL CAPS IN HOPES THEY SEE IT AND SOMEONE FIXES IT SOON SO NO ONE BREAKS ANYTHING.

Just call it Dunkin, cause they were all out of donuts before lunch. Unfortunately no one updated the app so I didn't get what i ordered.
Well aside from the fact that Dunkin' Donuts coffee drinks are basically coffee flavored syrup and food is garbage, the customer service was also atrocious. The girl at the counter were rolled her eyes at my 14-year-old daughter and snapped at her, saying that "we obviously can't break that", and proceeds to smirk at her and look at her as if she is stupid and should have known better. Anyways, my daughter comes out to the car to tell me what I just happened to her inside of Dunkin' donuts. So I'm cool, so I'm professional, and really immature. People like this shouldn't work in customer service positions.
Fast friendly service, convenient location
Dunkin' oh where to begin? Is a perfect place to go after an evening out with the guys to pick up some delicious donuts. I've seen some first dates here also. Needless to say, it's a pretty versatile establishment and I would recommend this Dunkin' to any all all Penn State students and alumni alike.
Definitely one of the best places in the area. This place has a nice atmosphere.
