I come here every day because it’s the only Dunkin on my way to work. They couldn’t be more ruder or inconsistent. Worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. They need to improve on their management team desperately. Regular team members are great. They are just doing their best. Management is on a power trip half the time.
Wish I could say that this dunkin is good but I consistently get proven otherwise. They fail to put things in the drink that are on the sticker that’s on the drink. If I’m paying 70¢ for cold foam then I should get cold foam. If I’m asking for sugar there should be sugar. Every time I go to this specific location they always forget things in the drink and I don’t have the time to ask them to make a new one since I get it before work. There maybe would be time if they actually announced mobile orders or put them in the right location rather than leaving them on the back counter for 5 minutes before I have to grab it myself but you never know??♀️. Take the extra few minutes to drive to the South Atherton dunkin since they get your order right and have good customer service.
Drinks are great and service is somewhere between awesome and I don't get paid enough to care.
When you sit and drive through for 15 minutes That is not great.... All the other drive-throughs in State College don't make you sit this long
You can count on this Dunkin’ to serve you really watered down coffee. Long time customer here and recently this Dunkin’s quality has been sub-par. Most of the time if you order sweet cold foam they just won’t give it to you. Bagels also turn out burnt or just don’t taste right. At this point I’m going to start making my own coffee and breakfast at home. Save your money!
Yuck. The donuts are not fresh here. The sour cream glazed donut I just got tasted like a brick. I spit it out and threw it away. Avoid this Dunkin’ if you want fresh donuts.
Excellent service, hustling staff on a busy football weekend, excellent donuts and breakfast sandwiches, and great job on our drinks. This location is very clean with a spacious eating area. Highly recommend!

Just waited 34 minutes in the drive-thru for a watered-down iced coffee. No apology for the wait time, no nothing. Get your coffee somewhere else!
My favorite place when they dont forget my whipped cream lol
