Had been ordering from this store with no issue until today. Wanted to change the order that requested online as usual. The online tool has limited functions, so I called. A guy didn't even bother making efforts in taking down the name, phone number or address but directly told me they don't have my order and asked me to call the other store. I called the other store, got the same answer. I decided to check my profile online...I have exactly the same set up for the past 11 orders. I called back. This time a girl asked the address but a few times but didn't bother write it down but reply back the wrong address. I told her twice again, even spelled letter by letter for her. Finally a woman took over the call and told me "the order is made, too late to make changes".I was thinking if the 4th person told me there's no my order, I was about to dispute it with my credit card company.Suggestion for the store: if you wanted tp ask for the address or name, at least write it down letter by letter...so won't mess up and waste the customer time. This call could have been answered right at the first time.Suggestion for online ordering tool: more functions needs, such as change the order. so no need to deal with people can't address the call. Plus, quicker. (I could have changed changed the order already)
This is my second time ordering pizza from this location for my son who is a student at Penn State. Both orders have been fantastic. My recent order was fully done using the Domino’s app which is a five star too. I was able to order everything on the app without any issues and I absolutely love that you can see the progress in real time! The entire process from ordering to receiving the delivery was about 30 minutes. The driver called my son to notify him he was at the dorm and he was very happy with the order! I’m sure the pizza tasted better than these photos I was able to get from my son - try asking for a pic from a teenager ??♂️. Overall very happy with the food, delivery and entire ordering process! I highly recommend this location.
Dropped a pizza while carrying it out. 100% my fault. When I offered to pay for another one, they just said they would replace the pizza and make me a new one. Love the people and pizza here! Highly recommend.

Best restaurant of all time with the best delivery staff of all time. PERIOD. Unlike doordash and ubereats which let you down sometimes dominoes delivery NEVER LETS YOU DOWN!!!

I like this place. North Atherton Domino's is far superior to the Domino's at Westerly Parkway. That place should be avoided by everyone.I asked this Domino's if they would deliver to my S Atherton location which, according to Google Maps, is only 2.1 miles from their store. They said no.So whenever I go to pickup my order from North Atherton Domino's and their little credit card kiosk prompts me for a tip, I give $0.00.Great store and great product, but if you're gonna force me to pick it up in order to avoid your lousy sister store, you ain't gettin' no tip.
