Staff were very nice, but went there at 1pm they had no coffee, vanilla ice cream machine wasn’t working, and lemonade probably among other things was empty or not working. The middle of the roll we got was cold and tasted stale.
Hours listed on Google are incorrect.
Never open at the time they post. Plan to come 1 hour later than when they say they’ll be open.

I went in for my mom’s birthday and on multiple websites it said you get a free BonBites - 4ct but when we got there, the manager said “I don’t know”. How don’t you know if you’re the “manager” of the establishment. Horrible service.

The music volume was so high that it felt like we entered a night club and you should be screaming to be heard
Went there at 2:37 in the afternoon to buy the standard 15 roll box of cinnabons. The lady informed me they had none ready. I said okay well give me four of the big ones then. She informed me they had none of those ready. So I asked her what they did have available and she said I'm not sure anything, let me check. Followed that up with telling me all they had available were two boxes of the really really tiny ones. I asked them how long it would be till they had more available and they said tomorrow. Confused, I asked them what time they close and they said midnight. I'm not really sure how a business stays open if they're not selling products to the public.
