Definitely will never get food from this location again. walking up to go in the doors and windows were filthy. My son and I went in we were the only ones there, the 3 employees standing around never acknowledged we were there the place was filthy the floors and drink counter everything was dirty. The accuracy of our order was the only good thing here. Never again! Over $50 for nothing good. We should have just walked in and from the looks of it all asked for a refund……
Crunchy, undercooked rice almost every visit. Not worth the risk anymore. It completely ruins the rest of the food. Seems like it's only this location from my experience.
I’ve been going to this chipotle for the past year, and have had subpar food quality more times than I can count. The rice is almost always undercooked, to the point where it’s hard and crunchy. The service has normally been fine, but this time I ordered a bowl and burrito, each with guac, and they left this on the lid with no refund or anything. The amount of times the food/rice quality has ruined my meal has caused me to switch to qdoba which is right next door (and guac + queso is free). Please cook your rice for longer!!
The service was awful. The preparer spoke with a slight accent but spoke so softly I could not hear a word she was saying. I think I had to say what every time she spoke. The portions she gave were way smaller than I have ever gotten. We got take out and when we got it home, a half a mile away all of our food was so cold. There is no way it was hot when it was served to us.
Chipotle has gone down hill drastically. They're food now is severely over priced as well as employees now skimping on serving sizes to save the company even more money. I was a founding member of the app and loved Chipotle, but I've gone twice in 9 months specifically for those reason and it got even worse. Employees are also rrude. I'd give 0/10 if I could.
We stopped this evening to enjoy a late dinner after traveling all day from Wisconsin. Where do I even start? The dining room was FILTHY, customers were wiping down tables and seats just to be able to sit down to eat. This wouldn't have been an issue except there were 5+ employees behind the counter tripping over each other. After the rush (3-4 small groups of people) settled down, the employees were seen standing behind the counter counting out the tip jar and cash drawer, as opposed to anyone coming out to clean or put the dining room together. Other factors contributing to a lack of positive review include being out of chips (it happens and is understandable), an employee asking the manager if they could close the dining room an hour before their posted close time and then complaining when the answer was no, the same employee standing at the counter on his phone, again, while customers were cleaning off messes of previous customers, and overflowing garbage cans. Love Chipotle as a whole, but this was definitely not a positive experience in any sense.
Hire people who need jobs nothing but pure laziness from your location I’d be ashamed to employ the people you have.
Company got us 3 burrito bowls. All 3 had bugs in them. I do not recommend this location. This will be the last time we order from them.
Go after 9pm and you are only getting what is left as they won’t cook anymore or bring anything out. What you do get is old and has been sitting outPoor service and even poorer quality. Literally the worst chipotle location I’ve ever been to. Trying to find their policies now because that was appalling.
My wife to pick up some take-out for supper the other evening. However, when she went to order our food WITHOUT cilantro she was told they no longer prepare their rice without this herb. "Our manager told us not to prepare it this way any more." (My wife has the genetic pre-disposition which makes cilantro taste like soap...Google this if you have any doubt.) Needless to say we went to a competitor across the street who was more than willing to serve up cilantro free rice.
