Nylah was the best employee there! She gave me just the right amount of food and wrapped my burrito perfectly. All the other times i went the employees gave me little to no food and my burrito was always falling apart. She needs a raise!! great customer service from her!!
I am a long-time chipotle customer however this location has absolutely ruined my experience. This chipotle location is disgusting. There’s trash littered everywhere and it is filthy. The line takes forever so if you do end up going to this location just know that you’ll be waiting at least 30 minutes in line because they only ever have one or two employees serving the entire line. And they also are very very stingy with their portions. Every time I go to chipotle they are very generous with their portions however whenever I come here they never fill up the bowl completely. I always order guacamole which is an extra item which you have to pay more for however they barely even put a tablespoon of it when they are supposed to put the entire large scooping spoon. I do not recommend going to this chipotle at all.
My roommate and I ordered through GrubHub. Order was on time, no qualms with accuracy of what we were supposed to get. I go to this Chipotle because the one on North Atherton serves halfway-to-raw rice. This Chipotle usually takes a while, so I ordered at 3pm on a Thursday. When it arrived, my lettuce looked old and yellow, rice was horribly undercooked, and the beans were shriveled. My chips were covered in granules of salt and my queso was as thick as cement. I'm overall really disappointed that I spend almost $25 on an entirely inedible meal that is going right to the trash. I'm DONE with the Chipotle restaurants in State College, they're both trash.
Been there two times, first time I waited 40 minutes for my food and the second time they didn’t have chicken ready for another 20 minutes, worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to.
This Chipotle, located near Penn State University, was one of the best I have ever visited and here is why. The location is spacious and eve though there was a long line it did go fast. We ordered two chicken burritos and the worker who adds the sour cream and cheese was over the top friendly even asking how our day was. The chicken in the chicken burrito was the tastiest I have ever had. Maybe it had more seasoning, but, whoever ever cooked it made it perfect ??. The only downfall of this location was the stale chips. Other than that, I highly recommend it and well worth the wait next time you are visiting Penn State.
Honestly the woman working tonight was beyond unprofessional. Swearing every other word and being completely inconsiderate to customers. I was handed my order and noticed there were no chips/queso which were paid for and her response instead of politely letting me know they were “out of chips and queso” allegedly, was “Call 1-800 Chipotle and ask for a refund”. This was after my order asked for chicken, which they were out of and mind you my order was already paid for, and they gave me barbacoa without asking if I was okay with it. So many customers were complaining about this behavior around me. I will never go back and encourage others to do the same.I understand restaurants are short staffed, and as a consumer I get that and do not mind patiently waiting, but when I wait for 25 minutes for a prepaid order that wasn’t even started until 10 minutes after I got there, and then get treated like this, it’s unacceptable.
Please teach your employees how to wrap burritos properly. I can tell the kid was new but it’s not my first time having a poorly wrapped burrito. Second, other chipotles taste better, employees must be skipping on certain seasonings but I’d give it a 4/10 and I’m a big chipotle fan.
Came here on a Sunday night and there is one worker making the food and working register. Took forever dont come here. I’m disappointed.
had a horrible experience with a female staff member (no name tag) spoke to the manager was told "We have had issues before and have spoken to her many times" yet obviously has been done with her complete embarrassment for company
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a chipotle. Extremely understaffed, didn’t receive part of my order because they were out of items. I’ve come in and there has been no chicken or white rice and run out of chips at noon. I just don’t understand how any restaurant could have such bad procedures and inventory. Manager is very unpleasant and rude. I understand that it’s busy and stressful especially because there so under staffed but at this point that’s no excuse. I will not be going back till they are under some new management.
