I will never order a market salad here again which is what I order 98% of the time. The side salad my son ordered had more lettuce! The manager insisted and so did I. I asked if they're cutting back the portions and she confirmed. OK so why not just say so! To say that the lettuce is weighed and it's always been the same is not true! So let's summarize.. they raised the price of the salad AND cut back on the portion. The manager would rather refund my money and let me keep the scantily salad rather than give me the extra lettuce! Unbelievable. Chick fil a used to be so accommodating. Wow just WOW??? but to be fair let's put the blame where it belongs- the installed communist regime in the WH.
amazing quality food. Chick-fil-A is one of the most exquisite fast food places I have ever indulged my taste buds In. and it's actually FAST. beats things like McDonald's by a LONG shot. honestly high quality food worth every penny. I only wish I could buy more.
Wonderful staff! They get people in and out in a timely manner and are SO nice. I’m not from the area, I just stopped in for a quick lunch. The manager, as well as the staff, were so polite and had such positive attitudes! It was refreshing to see!
Would never visit again for dinner. The drive through took me 40 min! Things got crazy. However, the spicy chicken sandwich is amazing. Besides, no offense to the services. They are doing a good job.
It was great! The people were very kind and the food was undoubtedly Chick-fil-A! I love the food. Although, the only flavor of Hi-C they had was fruit punch. This was my first Hi-C in years and it did NOT disappoint! I usually would jump to the orange flavor so that was not to my expectations. I was fully hoping to refresh my palate to the sweet taste of chemicals and oranges. But miscellaneous "fruit" will do for now. Also, I was expecting the playground to be closed (which it was) but it is a sad sight. The service and food and facilities were amazing!! Love Chick-fil-A.
I never usually have problems going to this Chick-fil-A my experience is usually always great BUT this particular time was unlike no other. I usually am not the type to leave any negative reviews, but I feel as if I have no choice.I ordered my food online and was expecting it to be ready by the time I arrived ( like it usually is), but this time it was not and that’s okay because I understand Chick-fil-A is extremely busy! I was waiting for a while and eventually went to the register to make sure my order was in the system ( which it was ) so great.10-15 minutes has passed and I still have not received my order. People were coming and going so obviously something was off. The manager asked the gentleman next to me ( who came AFTER me ) his name because he realized he was waiting for a while and he made SURE he got his order. He then proceeded to look at me and walked off. I tried to get his attention by saying excuse me several times and he proceeded to have a conversation with the gentleman and ignored me. He then walks off again but I say excuse me for the 100th time and he FINALLY acknowledges me and gives me my order that was indeed ready ( which they did call out, but pronounced my name so wrong that I wouldn’t even of known they were calling for me).I usually do NOT take things like this personal, but I felt and still do feel extremely disrespected!
I’ve eaten here a few times. Most the time the food was old and not very good, one time though it was fresh and delicious.The main issue is their freaking parking lot. The drive through line regularly snakes out onto the roadway and causes tons of traffic and safety issues. If this happens and you’re trying to dine in well good luck you can’t even get into the parking lot even if there are plenty of parking spots.

Chick-fil-A food & service is great but the location/drive-thru/parking situation is enough to veer me away during any busy/peak hours. There's only one entrance and people sometimes enter the parking lot through the exit lane because the cars in the entrance are backed up to the stoplight and no one can get through. Especially frustrating for those who want to dine-in.
