I haven't had Brother's Pizza for a several years. It was around 8:50 at night I decided to stop to get a pizza and the person making pizza (most likely owner or manager) ihad a very bad attitude necause the first thing they said was all I could order was pizza. So I ordered one and asked for it to be plain with extra sauce. Since there was nobody else there, i watched them make it and I again ased for extra sauce, I the guy said, "Don't worry, I'm not going to rip you off." He then instead of just making it with a little extra, they put the cheese on it and them poured more sauce randomly in different places on the pie... It served as a good reminder of why I haven't purchased Pizza at Brother's for several years... There are many other places to get much better Pizza than Brother's in State College... You definitely want to go somewhere else!After posting this, I read other reviews. I noticed the same pathetic responses to the same problem of heinous treatment of customers and poor quality of food. Clearly the ownership and management only gives lip service with responses proving they truly don't care because nothing changes. Some places somehow manage to stay in business simply because the student population is cycling in and out of the area. Hopefully more people make their decisions based upon reviews in the future where the real message can be sent by nobody buying their food...
I had this pizza on brother’s day, which is a relatively new tradition where i eat pizza from every brother’s pizza restaurant within 30 minutes of state college. this shop was somewhat of a darkhorse candidate.. with the 3.1 star rating, but actually the pizza performed very highly compared to the other pizzas and was debatably the best. it was flavorful, thin crust, and not too rich. i loved the small pepperoni cups too. thanks for a great pizza !
Paid 15.00 for a burger and fries the burger don't even cover the bun and the waitress said a plate of fries was 4.50 well it was about 15 French fries straight up ridiculous......will never go back again
Good pizza but too expensive. If the pizza was better it might have been worth it but over 17 bucks for a large pepperoni seems like theft
It was OK got a sub today need blood sugar was low as Hell like they could made it bigger or long enough but very delicious right on the other hand with The cost was sky high no reason why sub a little bag of chips and 2 two L of soda is $27.00
Terrible place. Allowed my friend Josh to order online. He the risked his life to drive thru winter storm Izzy and had the audacity to be closed! Still charged him for the food. They should tar and feather these people
Pizza is barely edible and took ages to prepare, plus the pinball machine is covered in greasy finger sweat.
Hmm... I wonder why my review got deleted. Probably because I'm still waiting for my $22 dollar refund for the food that I returned on Nov 18th due to it being burnt and soggy.I am still waiting for my refund.
The food wasn’t bad at all the waitress we very nice I went there the last 2 Saturdays in called in advance to ask the hours was told they were open until 9pm so I went with my wife and the owner walked up to my table and at 8:36pm and said you have 10 minutes till your out of here I didn’t even get the check yet! It was the rudest owner I’ve ever seen he clearly doesn’t care about other people at all! Never will I eat there again and I’ll be posting and spreading this on every site and anywhere I can to top it off he called me a snow flake unreal
TAKE OUT I ordered a chesseburger and fries. The cheeseburger I would rate a 6/10 had no chips, but was edible. The fries were toasty brown and overdone. for $15 order I should have gone to Five Guys or even McDonalds.
