Next time your employees angrily shove our food at us through the drive through window, can they at least make sure that everything we ordered is actually in the bag? Terrible service from a bunch of disrespectful kids.
the last three times I have gone through the drive thru. the orders have been incorrect. items missing. the fries are terrible regularly. over done and burned. lastly. the burgers themselves are laughable as compared to the picture. I will never go back
Normally I love Wendy’s but the food from this location today was actually trash the chili I have no clue what the did to it but it was like water there was no meat just beans we got the baconator fries and every time I have been there they chop them up and everything mixes nice this time we had five pieces of bacon just laying on top barley any cheese at all and cold
Expectations are not outrageously high for fast food restaurants, but this one is barely holding on. I've been here ~3 times in the last few weeks and twice my order has been incorrect (not even close). On the other visit, the drive through was empty and I was told their system went down and they weren't taking orders. When open, waits in the drive through are 30-45 minutes long and the dining room is closed, so there's no recourse for incorrect orders. Staff seems confused and lacking management.I understand and empathize with staffing and supply issues, for all parties involved, but if you want to exchange money for food (that you ordered), avoid this place, at least for now, if possible.

I like the food here because it's qlwqys made right, but there seems to be a huge problem with the employees wearing there mask anywhere, but on there face except for the back window, where they seem to always have it on properly
1/6 at 4:30pm I stopped by to pick up food. The manager working was dropping the F word right in front of me. And when I told him sir it’s not appropriate for manager to be cursing in front of customers, he told me to get out.
Two employees..girls..used the bathroom as a smoking lounge. My teenage daughter also watched one of the girls with a tattoo around her wrist..and a lip ring walking out of the bathroom without washing her hands. I'll be calling corporate..terrible.
Meh. Drive thru experience was pleasant enough, though a bit slow. They forgot to include an item we had ordered, which was disappointing. Dining room was closed, even though signage on door indicated it should be open.
Horrible service manager screamed at me cuz she couldn't do her job properly n let someone walk up to the window n cut us off in line n didn't no our order when we got to the window threw my food qt me handed me my drink n slammed the window smh n forgot two of my sandwiches but def wasn't goin back to deal wit tht
