The great: the taste. Very good choices and it seems to be quality protein (this is my only time going); but everything tasted exactly how it should have. The dressing portions are big and so are the salad bowls (humongous, more on this later). The good: the customer service wasn’t that bad. You have young kids working behind the counter in Scranton (but for $52 for three salads and three bottled sodas I can see why people would complain about the service; more on this later). Also the options are a lot. That’s amazing. But you’re going to pay for it. Might be worth it. My gf had the breaded chicken in hers and it was tasty. Another plus is that it’s a huge portion of salad (I don’t complain without giving feedback: offer a smaller size portion as an option. Go half the size at a smaller price point). Another plus was the excess amount of employees behind the counter (get rid of half of them, keep the best three and double their pay). Now for some things that really need fixing. I think your staff needs a course in customer service/engagement. I get it they are teenagers. They’re learning. Maybe put some light music on in the background. Your employees aren’t doing a bad job, it just could be better. The amount of money I paid made me feel really disappointed. Enough so to write this detailed review. Made me wish I went to a chain instead (won’t mention any names). Offer smaller sizes; you’ll use less product; and you can charge a bit less and still make more of a profit. You’re downtown people won’t notice. AND OFFER A BOTTLE OF WATER WITH A $15 salad, lol. Peace and lovePS Good reply to the guy complaining about the street names.

I got the mufflin ave and the chicken tastes like it’s been sitting for a week. Do not recommend! Also staff seemed confused!

I was gonna write a review on the bad service, but seems like there's a decent amount. If you want to take time out of your day to be frustrated by just ordering a 2/5 star salad then definitely go here. I also experienced rude treatment from the red headed worker and seems like I am not the only one. Soups are decent but not worth the expensive price. Do better Scranton!

First time ordering today. It was amazing. I loved Red Lesf in Wilkes Barre and this place was just like it! I'm so happy to have one close to home.

I don’t usually write reviews BUT this place has terrible customer service, especially the red headed worker. salad was drier than the desert even though I asked for it to be heavily coated. Been here a couple times seems like the quality of salads is based on the attitude of the workers. You’ll get a good salad if they’re in a good mood.

Pretty good salad...clean and quick service. Big portions and dressing was very tasty. Will return.

I just ordered the chicken capaletti soup and it was horrible,3 tortellini and broth. I called and asked if that was correct and was told you only get 3 tortellini and broth no veggies. You pay $6.00 for that. Totally upset, that is not chicken capaletti soup. Please put in a description of what you get.

Ordered a custom salad for lunch and was super pleased with the quality of ingredients. Delicious!

Your menu is absolute trash. I don't want to eat a street. I want to eat a salad. Please use descriptive names for your menu items so I don't have to study each one in excruciating detail like a lunatic.

Very nice restaurant. I will definitely be back.
