Easy to get to location with a wraparound parking lot. We were welcomed and seated immediately (on this Easter). Our server was super nice, very attentive, and didn't check on us too frequently (thank you!). Food arrived within a reasonable time as well.My bacon cheeseburger was great, not dry, and very good. Everyone else's food was good but I'm not going to review theirs; except for the mozzarella sticks, these are great!We would definitely come back here.
Had dinner there today. Two of four orders came out wrong, and the food was un-edible. Our drinks were empty throughout our the meal. Waiter acknowledged everything was nasty, did nothing. Stay far away!
The service was very fast. The Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta was amazing.

We had a lovely dinner. There was an issue with my fish dinner, but since we had used loyalty points, the manager gave us vouchers for a free dinner in the future! It wasn't necessary, but much appreciated! We will definitely return to this location!
I LOVE this place. This one in particular. My family and I have never had a bad experience in restaurant and we're there alot. It's always clean and comfortable and has great options even my kids love. Recently my husband and I ordered dinner for my bday and unfortunately my meal was messed up. I went on the app where I ordered from and let them know. With in a day I was asked for my receipt and then a day or two after that I got a call from the manager himself at the Dickson city store to hear what was wrong. I explained it was a huge deal the other 2 meals were perfect just mine was a little off. He then said he wanted to make it right and he did. I wasn't expecting to get a human calling to fix the issue but I did. The amount of customer service from this place is unbelievable. I will continue to go here with my family and I recommend it to anyone in the area as well. ?
Jordan was an excellent server. Definitely one of the BEST servers we have ever had!!! was on top of his game. Made my 4 year old laugh and was super engaged with our entire family. I am very glad we made the choice to go to this Friday's for our family date night!
The food was very good, but the service was excellent.
Went In for family date night! Jordan was by far one the best servers we have ever had. He was very engaged not over bearing at all. came over and checked on us at the right times. He made us all very happy!
