I had a delicious salad today. One of the employees went into the men's room at the start of my meal and was still in there when I finished eating. I went into the men's room to discover there were some traces of toilet paper in the bowl (no big deal) and no paper towels in the dispenser. I looked at the sink and it was completely dry. This employee obviously needed to use the toilet paper after doing his business and then didn't wash his hands to go back out to work and handle food. Gross! I'll never go back.
Showed up around 5pm and the person that was working said I couldn’t order subs just a wrap or flatbread. I left and got dinner somewhere else. Won’t be going back.
Friendly and prompt service from staff.Made my hoagie exactly the way I ordered.Staff even approached as I was eating to ask if everything was to my liking. Not a touch you normally get at fast food places.Nice touch that was appreciated.
I have to say I am not normally a fan of subway but Jeremy and Chris suggested a Baha steak and Jack hoagie and it was AMAZING! They were very friendly and accommodating. Went out if their way to help us out.

The lady that looked like she was in charge/ manager was a little unfriendly she seemed bothered by me and the other guests but I give that a pass because we'll the pandemic has been hard they were also out of American cheese which seems really crazy that you could be out of American cheese but again pandemic, but the other guy was so sweet and kind he was very friendly and the young blonde girl was kind too, the food is regular subway food not really much to say about it, if you like it you like it, honestly I'm not a subway person but my kids like it so we get it every once and awhile.

The night manager was very rude and disrespectful. This women yelled at me when I was trying to ask the employee that made my sandwich wrong a question. I ordered a tuna sub. She should be fired. I asked how many schools of Tuna go on a foot long and he said 2. The other employees that waited on my son who ordered the same put 4 SCOOPS. THATS WHEN SHE STARTED YELLING AT ME. TELLING ME HE WAS IN TRAING AND I SHOULD BE UNDERSTANDING. I NEVER ONCE SAID ANYTHING WRONG TO HIM BUT SHE CONTINUES UNTIL I FINALLY TOLD HER TO KEEP THE SANDWICHES AND ME AND MY FAMILY LEFT AND SHE CONTINUED YELLING. I WILL NEVET GO THERE AGAIN.
