Check didn't add up !They tried to say we were charged a 20 %Tip for requesting 2 checks. They neverTold us about adding the 20% tip nor was it listed on our checkAnd since we weren't told we tipped on check amount even though 20% was already added.We won't eat there again or the others wedined with.
Tasty food and cocktails. Im not Celiac but have a extreme gluten sensitivity. Sidels could turn pretty much anything gluten free and are very aware of allergies. Waiters were super friendly, gave great recommendations, and handled large parties of people well. I would recommend them to anyone and would keep them in my back pocket for a second visit to Scranton
The food, the drinks, and the staff are all fantastic! They’re personal, they’re clean, and they just have a great restaurant. We’ll definitely be back! :)

One of my husband's clients gave us a gift card to Sidel's but we'll definitely be back. The restaurant is small and a bit dimly lit but the food was fantastic. The portions were quite large (my husband's veal chop looked like something out of the Flintstones, lol) so you'll probably take something home. The only change I would make would be much less garlic in the basalmic vinaigrette. My mouth was burning from it.
We have been going to this restaurant for years and have always had great food and a bartender that could make a delicious drink. My friend and I went there recently after a Matinee at the Scr cultural ctr. It h admit that I didn't make a reservation but.......I wish that Chrissy had told us that there were no tables. if we could have our drink and dinner in 45minutes then she could get us a table.worst was What a nightmare...we should have went elsewhere. My cocktail was so bad I couldn't drink it. By the time that got adjusted by Gwen, our server, our appetizers were delivered and the remaining food was piled up on the table. One of my favorite restaurants. Food is consistently DELICIOUS and never disappoints. Service is wonderful as well. Can't say enough great things about Sidel's. If you've never been, you have to try it!

An office dinner at Side's afforded me a wonderful gluten free dinner. The outside is so deceiving as it looks like an ordinary building and not a restaurant. The inside decor is cozy and inviting. The server was top notch and very knowledgeable about the menu -- especially GF choices. The seafood Fra Diavolo was excellent. Very filling and enough to take home for next day lunch. And the GF flourless chocolate cake topped the meal.
