The pizza came out quickly and it was nice and hot. We got Chicken and BBQ pizza (regular large crust and a gluten free crust). There was also a cool outdoor seating area that over looked the cliff, but unfortunately it was raining, so we couldn't do that

The food was subpar at best and the waitresses could work on their mannerisms. If you don't like being a waitress then find another place of employment no one wants to have to do with your miserable face besides do you know I'm Francesco's is much better.

Love their gluten-free pizza ? ?

The pizza is ok but the dinners aren’t that good !! I ordered the chicken marsala and when I got home canned mushrooms and not a trace of marsala wine !! If it was cheaper but $20.00 never again not good !!Go to a place the puts marsala wine and the pasta should be like a light to dark brown with marsala!! Yuck ?

Please note this review is based on one pizza ordered one time. But this pizza has changed my kids. They will no longer eat pizza from anyplace except “when we went to the drive in”. That’s right, we ordered a pizza and brought it down the street to our drive in movie at Circle! I received the suggestion thanks to nepa pizza reviews website. We ordered in advance to pick it up. It was ready and hot when we arrived to get it on a Friday evening diner time. The “Wallace Special”, as my family affectionately calls it, is a large pizza with pepperoni, bacon, and pineapple. The bacon was crispy, the pineapple tasted fresh, and this pizza did not flop under the weight of 3 toppings (which also meant less mess for moms in the car). Thank you, Roma, I think, we will always judge a pizza based on that “time we went to the drive in”!

I was at the restaurant lastnight for the first time in about 2 years. Sadly I cannot say I was totally satisfied. The service was at best fair. Asked the waitress for sweetener for tea and it took 3 times before I actually got what I asked for. The prices were extremely high for the size of portions you get and when the bill came it was good until the bill was paid. When we had to take our bill up to the register to pay since the waitress never came back to get the bill the total changed. I assume it was because I used a debit card. There was a SERVICE CHARGE added to the bill and I was never told about it. I really didn't care about it because it was only about $2.00 but that is not the point. The point of the matter is that no one bothered to tell me about it and just snuck it on the bill. Very poor way to conduct business while lining your own pockets a little at a time. Shady at its finest!!!!! I will never return to a business that does this type of shady stuff. You should notify your customers before hand about the surcharge you are charging before doing it.

I made order for delivery the pizza was super cheesy and the chicken Parmigiana dinner was delicious. However it's made with dill pickles so keep that in mind when ordering cause unless you know before hand it catches you off guard. The bread that comes with it is fresh and sweet. All around good service.

The plain cheese, large NY style thin crust is the staple, and remember buying slices of these when you were located inside the Mall's food court. The sicilian has a totally different taste and I didn't really care for it compared to the round. Also, you need to update your selection of FONT on your menus. I can't read them, and I'm sure nobody else can as well!

I brought my family there for lunch this afternoon. The food was pretty good and the service was fair (server failed to remove dishes before bringing dessert), but what caused me to leave this review was the bill. When I received the 1st bill, the total was for $83.04. I gave the server a debit card and when it was returned, and had already been charged, my new total was for $85.68. A surcharge of $2.49 and the sales tax was adjusted from $4.70 (on the original bill) to $4.85. I'm assuming the surcharge was because I paid with my debit card. I am annoyed by this because I should have been told about the surcharge BEFORE my card was charged. At no point did the server state that there would be a charge for using a debit card. I know it's only a few dollars more, but it's the principal of the fact that this was not forthcoming. I worked as a server for more than 15 years in many different types of restaurants and a surcharge was NEVER added to the customers' bills. I realize that COVID impacted many businesses and I would have been totally fine paying the extra surcharge had I known about it first. We will not return. What a sneaky way to make extra money. Pathetic

It's the best pizza in Scranton. Best dough east of California. Doesn't matter what I get on it, it's always amazing.
