We went there with friends to celebrate, and it had been a long time since we had been there. We were not disappointed. The food was great, as usual. Cheddar Bay biscuits never disappoint. There were a few hiccups, due to staff shortages, and we understood, yet, the Manager gave us a gift card along with what basically was a free steak, which she did not have to do. We all enjoyed ourselves and left satisfied.

We were seated at a small bench table with room for only two people. The air conditioning was so cold I never took off my jacket. I love the rainbow trout and go there just for that. It never disappoints. Salad was crisp but a little too much ranch dressing. Wasn’t a big fan of the quinoa rice; would have preferred plain rice. We were never asked for dessert or coffee and I was not asked if I wanted a refill on my iced tea. Our server, Kenneth, was a very pleasant person and treated us well. Did not write down our food order but got it 100% right.

Biscuits were excellent as always. The food was brought to the table hot and waitress was super friendly

Very disappointing experience at this red lobster. Waited for a very long time for food and drinks. Although the waitress was very nice but she kept forgetting parts of order and then took forever to bring the correct items. She needed to be reminded constantly which was very annoying. The plates were dirty and they ran out of marinara sauce to come with our calamari. This should have been told to clients while they were ordering it and not after it was going to the table. We love red lobster but this was the most horrible one we ever’ve been to. When we told the hostess about our disappointment and concerns, she acted very rudely and told us that she can’t do anything about it. This place is in need of a new manager that is capable of running a successful business. Hands-down worst experience ever.

Great staff and food, fairly busy but not loud. Our server was very attentive and friendly. Only complaint was the chef burned the brussel sprouts, it did say baked, but.... In the end I was too full to eat them anyways.

Normally we have a wonderful experience, but this time our waitress put in the wrong order for both of us and then we had to wait an extra 30 minutes for our food to be done. We didn't even get any compensation. Then when our food finally came out, our steaks were both overcooked. It was disappointing.

Took over an hour to get our food. Lobster was chewy. Did not get bring all of the order with food. When we finally received our complete order, we had already finished eating what they brought. Will never go back to this restaurant.

I would give 0 stars if possible. We waited for 45 minutes to be seated. At one point I took my kid to the bathroom and there were several empty tables to seat someone. If it was for social distancing then it didn’t apply to the bar which was seated elbow to elbow. They also were allowed to have straws even though we regular diners couldn’t to help the environment. We did not get any silverware and were told they didn’t have any. And they didn’t have what I ordered for dinner so I had to get something else. They ruined my night. What a waste of $70.

Got there Saturday at approx. 6pm.There were 22 open tables and about 20 people waiting to be seated. I asked if they were short handed as they has so many empty tables. Was told yhe were not short handed just strategically seating. We were finally seated at 711pm.I tried ordering salmon but was told they were all out of all salmon. At 755 as a party of 3 one of us got a drenched salad and shrimp. Still no silverware. Was told they ran out of clean silverware. 805 got silverware for 1.By 815 got our meals and still had to remind them 2 did not have any silverware. Once we got silverware we ate our meals which were very salty. I. Normally ot this oicky but tonight was really bad. We were getting ready to pay the waitress asked us if we would like warm biscuits to take home and we said sure . She later came out and said the biscuits were not cooked yet and so they had no biscuits at that time. We paid and left and will not return. Scranton location.
