It took approximately 1 Hour to receive my Food due to lack of preparation (Chicken). Employee Cashier performance toward customer is very rude and unprofessional when speaking with the customers. Courtesy was way off her job description. I think training or retaining your employees properly will rate your company as a 5 Star and Have positive feed back.
The chicken nuggets are the best I've ever eaten from a fast food restaurant. The food is always served fresh. At this location, I would say the manager needs to step up their game, because the drive through lines take far too long for fast food. There is definitely room for improvement on how staff is trained since some seem oblivious of what to do. They are good workers and need positive guidance. One other suggestion, would be to order more chicken nugget sauces because they are almost never stocked; and honestly, who wants to eat those delicious nuggets dry? I rated this franchise 4 stars because of food quality and cleanliness, however, there is definitely room for improvement.
Sandwichs are always good but the fries were made in old oil. They smelt and tasted burnt but were clearly not. They also only had HiC and sweet tea which was fine, but the sweet tea wasn’t sweet at all and was very bitter. Almost like there was no sweetness at all.
Food was ok. Didn't like being called Sir when I walked in to order. I said I'm not a Sir she corrected herself. I received my order and senior discount.Will not go back. You lost a customer and maybe a few of my friends.
As usual, the chicken was phenomenal! And the staff behind the counter were friendly and helpful.My friend and I enjoyed the food, the atmosphere, and the view of the drive up wait person! ;-)
Where to start? Placed my order online just to arrive 10 minutes later and be told it would take 25 minutes to cook one of my sandwiches. They were out of most of what I ordered at 4pm. Why bother to open a chicken restaurant if you're out of chicken? And how does a restaurant run out of every soda besides ginger ale? The chicken sandwich was dry as dust and hard as a rock, and the mashed potatoes tasted like someone vomited in the gravy. When asked, the staff refused to give me a receipt proving that the substitutions they had made were equal in price. Staff was rude and forgot our utensils. Why is this location even open? Close and make way for something better please.
15 min just to get to order in drive thru. Then they say it’s a 10 min wait for chicken, ok. I pay and it’s $40 for an 8 piece chicken meal? The board said $26. Including me, there’s about 7 cars waiting for their food.
45 minute wait for overcooked (yet room temperature) food. Forgot our sauces too. There were only 3 cars in front of us. Just bad. Not good. At all. Unforgettably disappointing.
Absolutely awful experience here. Put in a mobile order and waited 20 minutes in the drive thru and was told to wait by in the parking lot because my chicken sandwich wasn't ready yet. Another 20 minutes later after watching a bunch of people come in, get their food and leave, I went into the restaurant to ask about my order. Cashier told me initially they had to drop the sandwich STILL, and then recanted after talking with a line cook and said they had no mac & cheese so asked if I wanted a different side. I asked for what I ordered (esp b/c mac & cheese is an upcharge) and was told there was nothing he could do and I just had to cancel the order, then turned his back to talk to the cooks instead. There was no website option to cancel since the order already went through at the drive thru window, and he proceeded to ignore me when I went to ask for help. Overall, spent about 50 minutes to get no food and no refund, with the worst customer service I've had in 9 years (and probably ranks top 3 in my last 35 years).There's no urgency, no remorse, and no service. Never coming here again and will avoid all Popeye franchises in the future.
The staff are extremely slow and their attitudes are uncalled for! It's a dump! I can't believe they are still open!I refuse to take these deliveries drive through always around the building. They never have the order or the products to complete the order!There food is good at other establishments but this one drops the ball HARD!They need to fire their management and hire some new people!
