The Bartenders were swamped. The beer glasses were dirty. Staff was so busy 2 of them that NO standards were kept.No hand washing, they were just too overwhelmed to provide any quality service.Got sick after the limp Ceasar salad. I did not even eat the burger.Tried a draft beer, and had a second to my regret. Fingers in dirty glasses, right to grasping fresh new drinks. I didn't finish the second.I wouldn't stay or eat at this property again.4th stay in the last 2 years and each has been more downhill.

Staying at the hotel and decided to get dinner here out of convenience. Got the food up to our room and my husband finds a HUGE metal wire in his salad. Take it back and got a refund of 5$ and a new salad that i threw away because let’s be honest no way in hell I’d even attempt to eat another one.

Never even got their food. We got into the area for the weekend as part of a daytrip for my birthday. The people in the kitchen gave our food away to someone else and then refused to make us any more. So if you like paying money for food and actually getting food in exchange, I would go somewhere else.

Food and service were very good. Nice atmosphere.

Came to a Bourbon Tasting with 9 friends, to celebrate the FIrst Wedding Anniversary of Tyler and Lindsay Jacobsen...Kerry and the Chef OUT DID themselves!! It was simply EXTRAORDINARY! The bourbons chosen to pair with a perfect Oktoberfest menu were just outstanding...the food is beyond delicious and we felt like VIP's in our private room...I HIGHLY recommend PJ's 1910 Pub's Bourbon Tasting dinner for any occasion, and even if you just want to get your feet wet in the bourbon arena...they have SOOO MANY to choose from! Thank you again for a JOB WELL DONE!! Very much appreciated!!

If you're looking for a great place to grab a bite socialize have a drink and possibly stay overnight this is the place to go!

I always feel bad posting negative reviews, but this isnt a personal jab at the staff. The service was really slow, like sit down and wait 30 minutes before I had to ask to get food slow, even though there were barely any people. And for the price, the food was not really anything special.

Went here because I was staying at the Hilton last month after getting engaged. But the service here was painfully slow and mediocre. Both my fiancée and I ordered burgers and fries at around 9pm and it took over an hour for us to finally receive our dish, which is ridiculous for just burgers and fries. The waitress also seemed very inexperienced. On top of that, when we were first ordering we were asked how well done we wanted our burgers, we both said medium, but when the burgers arrived they were extremely overcooked, to the point where the beef was almost charred. Restaurant was empty too so there was no good reason as to why the food had to take that long and was so badly cooked.

Order a burnt ends sandwich: it was alright. Everything had the right texture (mainly was looking for crispiness and crunchiness), but it either had a bit too much or a bit too little. The main thing that I didn't like was the bread was pretty hard: it was either a bit stale or overtoasted.

The bartenders and waitresses were working, working, and working. They did the best they could with the number of customers. During this time, I think they were short staffed. They were friendly, and the food was good the first night. The second night we ordered take-out from the restaurant, and it was superb. It was fresh and done quickly.
