I am only leaving 1 star because of the store manager. His name is Paul, and from the things that I've witnessed he doesn't take care of his personal hygiene. I've always seen a crust of snot hanging from his nose and he never tries to take care of himself. His hair is often greasy and it looks as if he never takes showers or tries to take care of his hair.Not only that, when I was eating inside of the establishment (AS USUAL!), he seems to get at his employees constantly even though it seems that they're doing their job correctly.When I was trying to get my order at the counter, a nice young lady was taking my order and asked Paul to scan his fingerprint to approve it since I was ordering over $50 for my family as I was leaving. Well... Paul took his sweet time when it came to approving my order. And when he did approve my order, he got at the nice young lady for "bothering him", even though she just only needed a simple fingerprint!I've also come in at weird intervals where Paul was nowhere to be seen! And his workers just seemed really happy. I don't know why this happens, I firmly believe that Paul makes it a very difficult job for them.He never acknowledged me as a customer, just as some burden to his schedule.

I've had better food at other McDonald's and only sometimes I receive satisfactory costumer service.. I believe the quality of service has plummet due to high staff turnover. Located in a good area and convenient that's why I did not give it a one star.
Thank GOD the incompetent drive thru staff forgot half of my order tonight. I’ve been sick ever since eating here. The food was atrocious. The crispy chicken sandwich was so saturated in grease that the breading was completely off the chicken. They literally soaked the entire sandwich in the fryer grease or something because even the bun was soaked in grease. I could easily pour the grease out of the bag it was packaged in. The fries were also completely burnt. I should have known something was up when the girl at the window literally threw the bag at me and shut the window in light speed. I wonder how many other customers got violently Ill tonight.
I’ve been picking up delivery orders from here for over 2 years and never have I run into an employee as RUDE as the girl working the window tonight. Depending on the staff, sometimes they will let us PAY for a drink inside while we’re working and waiting for an order. This grossly unprofessional employee shouted that I was “p—-ing her off” for asking to PAY for a drink while I waited even though I told the polite girl at the counter that I could come back through the drive-thru later if the current manager had the registers closed. Luckily I’m quitting the delivery apps next week and I’ll be sure to never be back here as a customer after the way this lowlife acted!
Gave it 4 stars instead of 3 because the last 2 times we visited, they actually got our orders correct. Prior to these couple visits, it was over a year since we visited this location because our orders were always incorrect.
I came here for my mom because she is a health care worker and she need to eat and I sat in the drive-thru line for almost a hour half all I wanted was 2 mcchicken and 2 sweet teas and they did say no price nothing this place is a poor quality they need more staff and workers ..
Below average McDonalds.Staff can be rude.Food is not accurate nor cooked correctly.Wait time is average.
Very long wait in drive thru been here multiple times orders are always missing something and too much hassle to go back and wait 20-30 more min to correct order so just call it a loss
Fries were cold Sandwich was kinda Luke warm, mediocre, but staff is nice and helpful. If they improve freshness and temperature of food . Would give four stars.
