My husband and I love to eat where the locals eat. When visiting Scranton, I had researched good diners, and this listing came up. The hotel front desk host recommended it also. Tiny place with about 15 tables and counter service. But it was truly where the locals meet. Waited longer than usual, but we were assured every order is made from scratch, to order, so it takes a bit longer. Boy, were we delighted. I had an Italian omelet with sweet sausage and mozzarella cheese - so fluffy full of toppings, prepared beautifully. My husband's kielbasa omelet was great too, although with fewer sausage pieces, and thinner too. Wonderful iced tea also. Great prices! And the servers were so nice. We will be back!
Love the breakfast at this place. Excellent service. Only negative is the parking for this place sucks at times.

We had a very nice lunch and our waitress was great. Lots of items, made fresh and came out quickly. It was very busy and had lots of locals enjoying their food and interaction with friends and neighbors.
Man this is one of the best places that I have had breakfast wise since I moved down here from Oklahoma 2 years ago staff was very polite and nice has a real down home vibe to good job linda kays keep it up this is our home feild diner now thank you guys
