2 stars because I keep going there even tho they always give me a meal I didn't order. One time I ordered a chicken bowl, drove all the way home to find no chicken in said bowl.. I drive back and said hey there's no chicken in here... Kid opens up my food and says "are ya sure" . This lunatic thought I done are all the mini chickens and drove back with a bowl of mashed potatoes just to get more chicken. The nerve. The audacity.
Over $50 in food forgets the drink and gravy. Fries weren't fresh they were old and so was the biscuits. Don't buy from here it's terrible
I went to this location while in the Poconos. I had a problem getting a response from anyone at the drive thru so I went inside. Once inside, I was refused service and told that only online orders can be picked up inside. I went back to drive through and was greeted by one of the rudest employees I’d ever encountered at a restaurant. She finally took my order but then when I got to the window she said they didn’t have it made. I was told I had to pay for the order before they would make it. Because my wife wanted it, I went ahead and paid. When the order was brought out, it was the wrong order. I went in to get it corrected and the same woman that refused to take my order again refused to help. She yelled to a different group and told them they had a complaint. The order was never corrected because I refused to waste any more time. It took about 30 minutes total to get the wrong food and deal with terrible customer service (with the exception of the young woman that brought the food out). Never again will I visit this location. Beware.
WOW! Just wow.I get it...inflation and supply chain issues. But $27 for 12...yes...TWELVE... pieces of chicken is outrageous!And...They didn't have enough ready to fill my order! Had to WAIT 7 minutes to get my chicken...at KFC!ANYBODY ELSE SEE SOMETHING WRONG WITH THAT PICTURE?!
Ignore all the other reviews. This place has great customer service, best i’ve ever seen in a KFC. I’m not from around here but the lady cashier (wish i knew her name but all i can remember is that she has a tattoo on her arm) was very nice and professional and even gave us some cookies! :)
I go to the kfc on keyser ave in Scranton and it’s the best customer service always! Employees are always pleasant, professional, and personable. Never indifferent.
Order food on app didn't go through. Went through drive thru to reorder it was the wrong order I ordered a 12 piece got 8 instead and biscuits was burnt. Worst experience i have ever had at a KFC.
The woman manager needs to not have a job. I ordered doordash on November 29th at 5pm another dasher stole the order and they would not remake it for my dasher. She is rude has no customer service and needs to be fired I will speak with cooperate offices on Nov 30 I will make sure she is reprimanded for her terrible attitude. I know covid has alot of companies hiring to fill a spot and she was one of those people. Only holding a spot for a real worker.
Had the bowl tonight. Usually very good at other locations. This has to be the worst chicken EVER. I believe it was fried ahead of time and refried when my order was placed. Hard as a rock. We did not request crispy because I do not like it, and there was more corn in the bowl than anything else. Very Disappointed. Will not be returning to this location. Not the first time I had bad luck here but definitely the last.
KFC in general has gone way downhill. Food is gross and they got rid of wedges! Why?! Guys at the drive thru were very nice
