Dropped in for lunch and this place is most certainly authentic. While eating, cases of fresh produce and ingredients were delivered through the front door. Asked for recommendation from the waiter and was not disappointed. I like my food spicy, and this hit the spot! If I lived in or traveled to the Scranton area frequently, this would be a ‘must stop’ for Mexican food. Five stars for food and five more for service!
Love this place, really friendly people and delicious sauce/guac. It can be pretty greasy (pooling in bottom of box greasy) and heavy on rice for filler -- but really wonderful otherwise and my go-to place for fresh/authentic. *I have only ever ordered for take out, but the inside is very cute and I want to come eat in.

I have not had Mexican food this good anywhere in the northeast. The guacamole was probably the best I’ve ever had. My wife had a burrito, my son had a quesadilla and I got the “beef stew” tacos, everything was delicious and the service was great, the ambiance is nice too. Will eat here again next time we’re in Scranton.
From the West Coast ,Been up here for two weeks working. Been eating Italian food and pizza ,finally I found a good Mexican restaurant.. Pennsylvania this place is good ??????????
Have been enjoying this great little restaurant for years now, and it’s always excellent: the menu, the service, ambience, cleanliness, and wonderful staff. Delicious authentic ( yes!) handmade Mexican food in a lovely atmosphere. Thanks to Irma and her delightful family.
