I'm so done with DD prices getting too high, for order always to be messed up and thrown out. Too many times

Went to Dunkin off Davis Street in Moosic PA always packed but best Dunkin I have been to.
How does this place get so much business with such unkempt employees serving at drive through. It was a disgrace seeing an employee without hairnet or net for his beard while handling food.
Wasn't going to review for a one time stop but I started reading reviews and noticed there were others with my issue so Inputting this out there. I ordered a breakfast sandwich (typically comes with croissant) and asked for plain bagel instead. I was given my sandwich and left. I was late for an appt. I got half way to appt and opened it up to see I had a croissant instead of bagel and it was burnt. The whole thing. Tasted like eating burnt toast. Yuck! Ruined the whole sandwich and I didn't even eat half of it. Check your order BEFORE you leave. Usually do but I was in a hurry. Won't make that mistake again.Side note: staff was pleasant and they were laughing and joking with each other which I love to see because that means the staff gets along. Just disappointed in the execution! ?
Although they usually get things right my croissant sandwiches were slightly burnt which is somewhat understandable but also one was missing the top of the croissant I don't know what happened there. Apparently an employee wrap the sandwich up without the top of it being on, and I was already miles away on 81 when I realized it. I had bacon egg and cheese all over my lap when I tried to eat their delicious sandwich.
