I ordered an Extra Large caramel coffee with extra cream extra sugar, I got my order and left. Two minutes later I sipped my coffee. All Cream no sugar or caramel. I paid for it so I drank it...got to the bottom and found my Sugar and Caramel...the sad part is I should know to check before leaving because this is a consistent problem at most Dunkin donuts in my area...they throw your coffee together and slap it on the counter without stirring it...
This is pretty much a cookie cutter dunkin donuts. They make your coffee right about 95% of the time and it hits the spot! I wouldn't go here for gourmet coffee if that's what you want. It's equal to Starbucks in quality but go to a Cafe if you want anything better than "good."Dunkin Is definitely my ol' reliable because whenever I'm in a rush before work or whenever I just need a good coffee, they're there.This dunkin specifically has been good to me but the drive thru line can get a bit out of hand.
The crew is very friendly, and timely usually, the only thing is, they keep having orders being messed up, I go here weekly and they probably have new hires from a staffing shortage, so I would definitely look to see what you got is correct before you leave, other than that the service is fantastic most of the time
Went there for a large moca chocolate coffee, with almond milk ordered by the app. I then get to the window they tell me they are out of moca chocolate. I then tell them pumpkin spice with almond milk. Without cream or whipped cream. They give me a medium instead with no almond milk and with cream and whipped cream. I tell them they say call manager I do they take my name and number and no manager ever calls back. What a joke of a place. It's not that hard to make coffee and pay attention to the order. Dunkin is getting worse. Will never return. Deleted my dunkin app amd now will take my business elsewhere. Like Starbucks or turkey hill get better coffee.
Won't complain about the line cause every Dunkin has one. But it's discouraging when you finally pull away and taste your coffee and it's not what you ordered. Otherwise hats off to the workers dealing with the non-stop rush of customers

My wait on a Thursday morning was pretttty slow (ordered in store), but my mocha was perfectly blended - much better than most Dunkin's. 5 stars
