I would have put no stars but cannot write a review. Went ordered a Charlie had to have it made 2 times and still not right. I mean come one If you don't know how to make it or any other drinks don't sell them or stay home ,not the first time I have had a problem at south side all other dd no problems with my order
I absolutely love this dunkin donuts. The workers on the night shift are very nice
The service is fine but the drive-thru is a nightmare! Hopefully the new one down the block will help. I think if they kept the previous building across the street the drive-thru would've worked out better.
The one on mulberry street in Scranton pa is getting worse they never make my coffee right or they get my order wrong the last time I went they weren't making anything but regular coffee I don't recommend this place I will never go again

Service is okay and timely. Haven't had any problems but The parking situation and drive through situation should be fixed, they definitely need a bigger area so that cars aren't wrapping around down the road or sticking out in traffic trying to get in.

This Dunkin Donuts is the best to go to because they're open 24 hours like most of the other used to be. Now the others close at 7 or 8, and sometimes then it seems lik no one is answering the drive thru when they should b. So obviously since the bakery is across the way, from this location, so they have way more of a fresher selection and are hardly out of ANYTHING.The employees are very nice and kind, so far. Never had a bad experience there so if you're going to choose a Dunkin Donuts go to this one LOL. Everything baked, fairly recently before you get it , and is always fresh fresh fresh. ????☕??????????
