This was a good establishment for the past couple years but the new people they have in there now they are disrespectful and rude was even told not to come back after returning 3 times within a 15 mins period due to them not getting my order correct it’s not the customers fault if your entire staff team does not know your machine is failing let alone remember to put Splenda instead of sugar in certain drinks when the customer ask………..this situation could of been considerably worst due to certain medical reasons but i will respectfully leave my comment here to ensure others to check your drinks
Frustrated. Three workers in the middle of the afternoon, not busy at all. Order a decaf latte, and received a decaf coffee. My ticket on the cup is right, the stuff inside the cup is not. ? will not be returning.
1 star, because your staff reflects your store. Blonde girl in front might need to reevaluate her career. Very busy day the rest of the staff was great with customers but Don't ask her a question because she does not know the answer but will rip your face off in the process.
Of all the Dunkin stores I've been to up and down the east coast.. the Dunmore store is the Best.... I can always reley on a great coffee ☕ no matter what style...
I went there at around 5:20pm on 11/28/21 . I ordered a large hot coffee a small white chocolate hot chocolate they said they no longer do them plus I order a maple bacon croissant and they told me they weren't doing any food items.
DD at 100 Mulberry St Scranton PA has the most difficult way to get to the drive thru. Then the store is very busy so the line was long as was the wait for staff to answer at the speaker. Then my order was incomplete after I drove away from the pickup window. The drive thru line was even longer upon my return so I went inside. Had to wait awhile until staff came to the counter. The order was completed. The reason I didn't give a lower number of stars is because my muffin was delish and the rest of the order was good and still warm when I finally got to eat it. Has I not ordered via the app and already paid for, I'd have just left and not returned for the rest of my order. Luckily the staff was very pleasant.

The three stars isn't directly about this specific Dunkin. It seems like most Dunkin Donuts never have many donuts. Especially if you go later in the day. I can't wait till they bring a Krispy Kreme to Wilkes-Barre.
This Place is the worst place place they have Staff in there And walk around looking busy. But they're not or at their look at you and do nothkng but stare at you. You would think they would say what you need . Need better management down there. And a better schedule for their staff on what they are suppose to be doing. I know short staff at places. But 8 orv10 staff could have place run better by hiring better managers inside.
