I'm chocked that any employee is wearing a mask...it isn't any respect for the Covid Situation. Also, very rude customer service... ? I'm obliged to stop here...hoping that they don't spit my kids pizza.
Im so discussed with this place if I could I wouldn't even rate them..it by far the most discusted order I ever had, the pizza was dry oily and very thin it was hard as a rock with absolutely no sauce and supposed to be a medium 2 topping pizza..the pasta was burnt dry and no taste the noodles were burnt and hard, how hard is it to warm pasta and toss a pizza, mind you the wings had no sauce and gummy what really going on...I literally drove 27min for dominos on my off day and im absolutely upset ? dominos you really did this one not a happy camper, my dog didn't even eat it this is rediculious...never been so unhappy
Not bad for a chain pizza. The garlic powder seasoning or whatever they put on top of crust is definate a must have. I like mine well done though.
I order pizza here at least 7 times a month and last night the driver forgot my sprite which is normally not a big deal , but this time they made it one. We called about not receiving the sprite and the manger Aaliyah accused us of lying about not receiving it and refused to give us what we had paid for. Needless to say I will not be ordering from this location again and will be getting Pizza Hut from now on !
Placed an order on Sat 10/30/21 from the North Main Ave. location in Scranton Pa. The chicken wings were pink on on the inside and the box of cheese dip and garlic twist along with the plain medium cheese pizza. Absolutly gross to even put on my table for dinner. Called the store and spoke to the manager on duty at this time approx. 5:20 pm and was told wings are pre cooked when bought and the foods greasy and then hung up on. Would never waste my money on this and especially for the lack of care or concern for the for the issue.
I eat a lot in Dominoes 45,% the only thing is the web not working but is okay

We ordered online as we always do had it delivered and it was the wrong pizza, I asked to speak to manager (Jordan) because I was willing to even drive it back so we can get the right pizza we ordered. He rudely told me he’s not fixing this error (online ordering) to have a good night. I called back and asked for his name kindly and told him I’d like a number to corporate and he said look it up online and hung up on me yet again. Very Very poor customer service! Thing is we’ve been ordering from here probably since they opened. Also told me he don’t care who I call and report it to.
