Mackenzie is the best waitress ever she’s so sweet :)
Usually I give 5 stars but not this time.The coffee cup had lipstick residue.The meat was barely cooked. Waitress had it redone.Waitress gets 5 stars, but the establishment receives 4 stars for the 2 issues stated above.
We've eaten at Denny's in Dickson City, Pa. many times and always received good service.Being there yesterday afternoon though we need to specifically mention the great service we had from our server Rasheen! He was so pleasant and accommodating and made our experience that much better. He's a very positive addition to your brand! ?
Let me start off by saying I haven't had breakfast food out this incredible in years. Josephine our waitress was very friendly and attentive. But Destiny behind the grill is the real star of this location. Never in my life have I not had to add salt to my eggs. The eggs were cooked perfectly with a wonderful buttery flavor. The hashbrows were crispy and tastey. Most importantly of all their clearly fruity pancakes were heaven sent. The fresh fruit was ripe and sweet and the blueberry syrup is the most incredible thing. Thank you so much to Josephine and Destiny for their amazing service. This place is a hidden gem.
My breakfast was distasteful and barely at it. Told waitress and she handled the issues without confronting me on its issue and I am glad on the process of handling. Sadly I definitely will not stop at any Denny restaurants for this is the second bad cooking I ever received.
best denny’s i’ve been to !!! i’ve been here quite a few times while visiting family in the north eastern pa area and this place never does u wrong .. food always comes out hot and the waitresses are always so kind !! especially after they recognize ur face ! the crowds this place brings in is actually pretty nice as well - the people who come here are just so comfortably conversational ! doesn’t make me wanna just “ eat & get out asap “ :)

The waitress was to the point and stern personality. So service was except able. However the biscuits were very hard, chicken was hard crust and little, gravy was non existing. Had to catch the the waitress as she flew by and ask for an additional bowl of gravy just to help with the dry hard biscuits horrible food that's my story and im sticking to it.

Every time I visit during the week they have a "new cook" in training. They are slow as they are new, food is terrible, and usually not correct. Corporate needs to do something, if not close this location. The waitresses are working hard and trying. The kitchen situation just sucks.Go to the Pittston location.
