Picked up my favorite guilty pleasure for lunch today Barbecue Pork Nachos with sour cream & salsa...DELICIOUS! Called ahead of time and was able to pick it up curbside while on my half hour break!

If you haven't eaten at the Black Box Cafe yet , you are missing out on many , many homemade items prepared and cooked by Chef Jake . All are delicious and never disappointing . From the fresh cut fries , hand battered buttermilk chicken , delicious pasta and meatball , to the salads and sides . Located in the Historic Ritz Building on Wyoming Ave. In Scranton , it is definitely worth checking out , with take out plus indoor and out door seating it is very safe and set up for our social distance way of life .....
New menu, new chef. Great night! Very much enjoyed outdoor seating under the marquee. Courteous staff, very tasty food! We’ll definitely be back.

We just ordered lunch from the black box cafe and it was absolutely delicious. The pulled pork quesadilla was great and the general tsos chicken tacos were yummy. We had thought that we were missing a sandwich and called to let them know. They were willing to go above and beyond and deliver it over to us even though we are not in downtown Scranton. However We found the sandwich, it was in my coworkers car. But it’s nice to know they were willing to do that for us. We will definitely order again!
