Absolutely horrible! Order was completely wrong. Called they said they would remake it. Ok no problem. So I drive back up there. You would think they would meet you at the door... nope had to wait in line for 20 minutes! Ridiculous! That is not customer service! BK you have definitely gone down hill! And fast. That's the fastest you've gone in a while!

Food took 20 minutes to make and the workers were really sketchy and unprofessional, also heard a couple curses come out of the workers mouth. fries were good though
No stars. Don't bother. Your going to waste time and money by stopping here. Half the staff will be out smoking while your odering your food anyway. When you do receive your food it will most definitely be wrong.

Drove to several locations over quite a distance and because of the false hours for drive through. Absolutely a joke maybe just don't open again like Pizza hut.

This was the worst place on earth to eat! Lady taking orders was very rude and ignorant I don’t know what her problem was. Cutting me off during my order and saying “why do u need to order this much food before we close” it was only 7:52 as far as I’m concerned the sign is open so please just do ur job. What a disappointment ?
Very buzy, but no reason for my sandwich to be all messed up when I opened it.
