gave my partner in crime, cracker jack, his very own jr bacon whopper **add cheese** (this is important later) and I am deeply saddened to report CJ opened his special birthday surprise to find they had neglected to add his favorite signature whopper sauce. Now my kitty CJ has been a loyal subbject of the kingdom of Burger for almost all 9 of his kitten lives LOL but this visit to the castle has to unfortuntely be chalked up as a blemish on CJs birthday legacy.
This is the worst BK ever!! Never do you go there snd you get the right food. Tonight was the last time I’ll ever go there I swear they don’t even know their own menu. Whopper melt is not just two patties cheese snd stacker sauce but one would guess they don’t care enough to even know that!
The buns are stale for the hamburgers, I asked for extra tomato and gave then back my sandwich but they wouldn't take it and fought with me over it saying it's not what I asked for when it was clearly on the receipt. They ended up giving me another one, I didn't want another one. I asked the manager why so long of a wait in the drive thru and he clearly started complaining he has no staff and corporate wouldn't send him any help. He was batching about his rate of pay and he didn't need this job. That's not my problem.. I just wanted extra tomatoes..won't be going to this one again
I made the mistake of ordering a fish sandwich and the entire outside of it was old and hard!
I can not really be working for 10 per hour and being paid every 2 and a half weeks no one will want to work for that amount unless they are desperate.
This burger king is really struggling, it seems the workers are really trying, but management needs to do better and its quite ridiculous they needed their machines fixed for a week and a half. The CREW IS 5 STARS, Management is 2 stars.
Was drive-through takeout only. Order was filled as expected. Most Burger King locations have only drive through service throughout the Poconos region.
I've never had a bad experience at this location...staffs friendly and gets my order correct.

Not a bad Burger King. The staff is nice and my order is usually right.
