Stopped in with my son for French toast sticks, as I look at the overhead picture menu and see them advertised at 5 for $2.49, I order 2, I was promptly told they have been discontinued. I'm pretty sure those menus are digital and can easily be updated. No one wore hair nets, the one girl had two foot long green extensions. The manager seamed to be doing everyone's job. The place was clean, but only probably because it was a ghost town. Sorry to say, but I dont think I'll be visiting anytime soon.
Prompt and professional service from these guys and gals! As always. And I really liked that THEY ASKED if my boy was a student and OFFERED the student discount.

Seems like u wait forever every time I go. Staffing issues maybe ? hopefully they can get this problem fixed because it makes me go elsewhere just because of the wait (usually evening)
They always get the order right, but the drive thru could use some tlc the stray cats and garbage are everywhere.
The drive thru girl had no customer service she complained that burger King only had one headset that's why there was 2 cars waiting for over 10 minutes in the drive through so I decided to go to the window and give them my code to my mobile app she was eating a bicmack in burgerking I then figured out why she was late taking my order so it made me even more mad in top of the customer service skills that she desperately needs burger King needs to be better at hiring the big girl was not a good hire never going back to this burger King bad really bad service
I didn't receive all my items and the food I did get was burnt and cold. Why is it so hard to get hot food from this place? Heck I will even settle for Luke warm at this point and that blonde manager well she isn't so nice! I work hard for my money and I don't think it should be wasted on below average food.
Whopper was cold chicken sandwich wasnt the way I ordered it and than they lied about being able to come inside to use the bathroom and than closed when I tried to tell em about their fuxk up

They give me some dark and old grease left over nuggets ya should be embarrassed to serve any one with old food ya have a clock ⏰ to know when is time to throw it away not to give to the costumer i pay for fresh food no left overBK in 600 Luzerne st is the worst in the area ?
