The food was delicious! Very large pasta portions, so if you can agree, I would suggest sharing. We went on a Friday evening and we sat quickly, however if you have a larger party, I would call ahead for a table. The servers were very friendly. Great local spot!
Awesome pizza. My wife and I shared the Italian Stallion. It was fantastic. Every bite was a mouthful of flavor. Highly recommend. Also the zepplo appetizer is a must if you love garlic.
This place is the best. We drove 23 miles from Wilkes Barre to try it out and everything was great. We were acknowledged at the door. Our server Joella was great. The owner is active in the kitchen and he's such a great gentleman. You have great people serving you generous portions of delicious food in a nice, clean and beautiful environment. Everything about the place is great. I really love this place. I am a foodie. And let me say it again: I love this restaurant and it definitely deserves the name A Little Pizza Heaven.It's simply the best.
Food is always hot, tasty & moderately priced.The owner is very caring & respectful to everyone.The wait staff is courteous & always willing to satisfy its customers.I would highly recommend this restaurant for family dining.Linda S.
My wife and I had our date night last night. It was sort of our Valentine’s the day after Valentines. We’ve been many times, but it has been a while since covid cases where rising in area. With things looking slightly better we decided to eat out. First date night outside the house in a while. I was happy to say that the staff where fully masked. I am immune compromised as is my 9 year old son, so it was nice to see. The staff is always kind. We had a nice young girl as our server. She was good with recommendations. We had another server who was so kind. We actually got to talking about our kids and life. You can tell that they really appreciate their customers and are just good people. Now on to the food. It was to die for. The house dressing is a honey balsamic. It is the best dressing I’ve ever had. I get it every time. My wife got one of their signature entree salads with some grilled chicken. She also got the chicken noodle soup. She said they were both excellent. I like to try different dishes. This time I got the Frutti de Marre (I think that’s right) in a red sauce. It had shrimp, scallops, clams and mussels over linguine. Wow! It was amazing. I am posting a picture. Though the picture was taken after I started eating. Lol. You get a good size portion. Every entree is available in a smaller size but if I don’t finish, I just bring it home. Anyway this may be the best Italian restaurant in Scranton. Which says a lot because there are quite a few. Oh and the prices are very reasonable and it’s a BYOB which always saves money. 5 stars!
The food Here is delicious . Very reasonably prices. The owner came to each table to make sure everyone was happy.Place was fairly busy with locals but notPacked. My wife and I are originally from NJ and NY feels like home. Great option for pizza and other basic Italian fare. Friendly dine-in atmosphere and very informal. This place does get very busy even during the week, so consider calling ahead for a reservation. Favorite veggie pizza in Northeast Pennsylvania.
I have a mixed review and I will start with the positive and that is all of the ingredients are really really fresh so I am sure some of their dishes are delicious however I got the margarita pizza and the crust was very soggy and most of the cheese seemed to have slid off. I don't know if there was someone new who had trouble putting it into the box or someone new putting the pizza together because I am sure that with ingredients so fresh and good that the chef knows what he's doing. Their homemade mozzarella is outstanding..I only wish that the antipasto had more of it and less lettuce. They were out of mozzarella wedges and I can't wait to try those. And their cannoli is the best I have ever had.I think the pizza was a fluke and I will be returning to try some other things. It's not often that u get such fresh quality ingredients.
Our first time there tonight & thankfully we called a head for a reservation. The place was cozy & the food was fantastic! Will be returning definitely.
