Check your order before you leave.My order was wrong and I had to go back.The management is very poor, the manager got an additude with me concerning my order. They don't care if anything is correct.Avoid if you know what's good for you.
Went through the drive through last night and what a horrible experience. I wish I took a recording or pictures to send to the owner. There were three employees that were working (that we saw via drive through window) the one was in extremely tight light grey leggings that you could see everything, especially since she had her work shirt rolled up and tied in the front making it a mid drift to show her entire stomach and it appeared that she wasn’t wearing under garments under her t-shirt. So while waiting with the drive through window open they decided to have a conversation about their pay l. One said I make $10.00 per hour, the other said what do you make to the girl with the clothing I explained above, she stated she make $12.00 because she had a job before she started at Wendy’s and the last person said they made $11.00. When all that was finally over one of them stuck their hand out the drive through window literally shook our bag of food at us without saying anything, when my husband took it they finally said have a good night.So finally 10 mins later we are pulling away from the window with our food we open it and there is so much grease covering the wrapper and covering the burgers my husband refused to eat the and they ended up not been eaten at all.Horrible, horrible, horrible. Shame on you Wendy’s for not doing quality control, not having better control on the teenagers you employ or you management team for allowing it.
Sat in the drive threw for 10 minutes at the window after paying to get cold old fry's a wrong sandwich. Didn't notice till we left but wasn't going back after waiting that long 2 people behind us backed out and left. If could give no stars I would. They said sorry we short staffed but I seen 5 different people at 8 pm one person in front of us I know that's not short staffed for the time. They were in there could hear arguing or something of that nature. Whoever is managing tonight March 30th 2022 should be ashamed of themself.
Website says open. Sign on window says open. 3rd time I've tried to order here. 3rd time no one asked for my order. First time I've had an issue with a wendys. Normal love their establishments. Last time I'll go to Exeter wendys. I wasn't inside, but when I looked in to see what was up, looked so dirty. Ew.
The Wendy’s on Perkiomen Ave in reading is HORRIBLE. They always screw up the order, are always out of stuff, and when we order it through door dash when they’re out of something we order, they don’t tell the delivery driver and just hand them the bag without telling them and then we get jipped. Extremely unprofessional staff. No wonder it’s never busy there. The only reason I gave a 2 instead of the 1 is because of the taste of the food. Won’t be going back to this location.
My husband stopped on a Wednesday evening after 7 and ordered a taco salad a regular baconator a chili a dollar menu burger and fries when he got home we had a taco salad with no chips or chili my husband got a jr baconator and no dollar sandwich we did get fries and my husbands chili (there should have been 2 chilis ) we got 2 straws but we didn’t order or get any drinks also the chili was cold and tasted funny .. unacceptable!!
This is the worst Wendys I have ever visited. As somone else said, it is extremely slow and then it is a crapshoot if you get the right order. Had to return because they gave me the wrong order. No apology, just tossed new order out window. All in all spent at least 40 minutes to get two sandwiches, fries and drinks. Why do they call this fast food????
This has to be the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I ordered 2 Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers and some nuggets. What I got was 2 burgers with ketchup and onions that were cold and dry. The nuggets were ice cold and I wouldn't even give them to the dog. I did, however, get hot fries which I didn't order but did pay for. I get that fast food can be a hard job (I've done it), but come on. Worst. Wendy's. Ever.
Drive through was backed up, seen man working he kept yelling this is ridiculous everytime he walked up front and seen the line of patrons. My guess is they were understaffed? ?♀️ I just left after waiting 20 minutes, line didn't move, no one's order was taken. When you can get food there, the food is great, tastes fresh and when you can get served, they take pride in what they do.
Drive down 422 and throw a $20 bill out the window. You would have a better return on investment than stopping at this Wendy's. Maybe I thought that things would change over my past 4 orders in the past 3 months, but no, they still can't make an order right.This last and final order, I wanted 2 Jr. Cheeseburgers (in the bag, 2 regular cheeseburgers). I ordered medium fries, and instead I was given a "half filled" (and I'm being generous) small fry container.In the drive-thru, I got to listen to and associate complain about how she was going to call off if they ask her to work any time around Thanksgiving.Time and time again, I have given this store the benefit of doubt with staff turnover. But now I now, the franchise owners continue to hire the wrong people for the job.Done with this location, and I will spread the word to others. If you want to waste your money, go here.
