Okay so we go into this Wendy's in the Drive-Thru and order a medium 10-piece meal with a medium Frosty on the side and they give us a small one and say that's the only size they have in the place. They give a 0 napkins in the bags with our food I go inside to get the spoon that they forgot with the Frosty and both napkin dispensers are empty inside the dining room with a pile of wet napkins laying on the countertop. Whoever owns this franchise you need to up your game really or you're going to lose a lot of people. I do not usually write places but this is pretty bad and I'm hoping the people that came before me and came after me did not have a similar experience
Ordered curbside, at the restaurant, checked in right after I submitted the order. 25 minutes go by and still no food. So I went into restaurant and they didn't even know there was a curbside order.. They then took their time making it, I got the food maybe 15 minutes after that. Checked the bag, order was wrong, ordered two HUGE sandwiches, what was in there were two small sandwiches (the ones you get in a kids meal), and the potato that I ordered was missing toppings. Went back to tell them about the wrong sandwiches, they looked at us like they were confused. Every person in the restaurant had wrong orders, the workers were wearing headphones, wearing crocs, no hair nets or gloves, and the floors were so dirty, I was sticking to them. There were flies everywhere.. Horrible service, manager refused to step up for the mistakes, a boy that wasn't even involved in the order came up to apologize and help fix the order.
The wait time was really long because the workers were chatting with their friends. I was also ignored as if I wasn't there. Probably waited at the intercom for five minutes with no one else in the car line. The only other person there was taking forever at the window because they were hanging with the workers. Would not recommend.
I love the breakfast, but hate that the employees appear to hide. They don't usually respond right away. Also, I don't enjoy getting warm/cold food.
This Wendy’s has bad management and lacks professionalism! Well, night shift does anyways. I haven’t been there during the day. They almost never have certain food items or condiments, the food is cold most of the time, and after waiting for 20min in the drive-thru they said they’re closed (it’s 7:30pm on a Thursday, no holiday).
Customer service great ! But food cold and old !French fries were dead cold same as burger meats ! Its seems that at rush hour they prep burgers and fries ahead of time !
Long wait in line one cashier and it seemed car line took preference yet 8 people behind me (yes I counted) and 4 in front of me….
Midweek lunchtime, the place wasn’t particularly busy. Service was quick enough for a fast food restaurant, however the tables were littered with food remains which is a little off putting to eat on. The food itself, I had a single burger & chips, the burger bun was soggy, the burger was small and tasteless, the chips were ok but Luke warm. Would I go back, no, i think I’d probably stick to their competitors for the better quality of food and cleanliness in the restaurant.
Walked in. Used the restroom. Went up to order after the gentleman in front of us had finished recieving his meal from an employee using her mask as a chinstrap. After I had gotten to the counter I was requsted to wear a mask. I took it and put it on and completed my order. While I don't necessarily have an issue with accommodating this woman, what bothers me is that a man from the back came up to the register to clock in/out while wearing no mask at all. Not even the presence of one. AND the entire back is full of employees wearing their masks with their noses out just waiting to shoot a day old dangler into my sandwich. (Yes this includes the woman asking me to mask up) So I must wear a mask to keep from getting them sick (supposedly) buy they can dangle all over my sandwich whenever? Best part is they pick and choose who they ask to wear a mask, guess I don't have the right genitals to go without a mask. Food was ok though.
Great breakfast. Nice associate and he even redid my order to give me the military discount.
