The wait takes forever. Placed a mobile order and parked in the assigned parking space. Sat there for 25 minutes to no avail. Went inside the store and the young cashier said, "yea, I made the order but I didn't see your car". Proceeded to stand there in the store for another 20 minutes while my order was made. On top of that, the order wasn't right.
This place is not organized. I order some food and they forgot things 3 times. The food is cold. Someone really needs to look into this place. I definitely will not go back there. I had to ask for my receipt. They didn't want to give me. Horrible. Check your food they gave me burnt food. Disgusting food!!!!
Terrible just terrible! The guys attitude was pathetic and rude. I am not from this area and I will never come back to this Wendy's again period. I truly understand restaurants working short staffed nowadays but really sir, you gave your restaurant a bad name tonight and if I could give you zero stars I would have!!!!!!
Waited close to an hour in line just for them to get my order wrong with cold fries this place should be shut down. The staff here are completely incompetent. By far the worst Wendy's in Berks county
Waited close to 30 minutes to get to the drive-thru ordering position was then told I needed to wait another 10 minutes bottom line I would give this rating a zero but it's not available I will not be back there any time in the near future that was a complete abomination! Went to the McD's just north on Lancaster avenue and got through drive-thru in 2 minutes.
I went here and a guy got mad over not getting coke a cola and he started a whole arguement with the staff cooking his food ...
It's a big problem when they can't satisfy a customer and just adding an extra order in the drive thru worse worst customer care Forced to drive around because of a man because of imaginary line
They forgot my baconator fries. When I went back the young man was very nice. He apologized and also offered me a free Frosty to make up for the inconvenience. Good job guys.

Even when they're short-staffed the employees work extra hard 2 you get the work done especially with covid going on they are very thorough they have done more than their share that they should have been expected to and always have a smile what else could you ask for
