This Wendy's location is the worst Sunday location I have been in. Not only they screwed up my order, but when I went to ask the manager if this looks to her like a baconator sandwich, she started yelling at me and calling me names.On top of this the second item I ordered was assembled so badly, not at all Wendy's standard and the ingredients were old. I told her I don't want any refurbished items. Wendy's usually looks much better.She must bipolar or something, but she started apologizing to other people for yelling at me. Weird bunch of Sunday folks. Never going back again.

Food is alway room temperature, half the time they don't make your food right the first time and they close a half hour early than what their suppose to and ignore customers sitting in the drive thru.Today is Saturday, apparently they claim to be open until 12am on the website but unfortunately i sat in the drive thru since 11:32-11:45Too many issues with this location, i will no longer return to this store! - Unprofessional and They suck!

Wendy's would be king of the block..but lack of staff online orders ..door dash..drive rhru windows makes orders stressfull 35 min wait for a regular burger & potato and I was inside the building...hopefully this nonsense will stop along with the stress being put on the employees I hope they're getting paid properly and not just via free Burger

good food but horrible service, completely lazy staff members, someone is always standing and just looking at their phone while there is a line out into the street, they don’t know what speed is, they never focus on what they need to get done and have a poor attitude all the time

they hiring young kids and this place falling apart… they don’t care if you waiting 40 minutes to order they just talking and having fun at work the night manager is a late 30s gentleman acting just like the young bucks in there… nothing wrong hiring minors for the job the problem is when you decide to go 1-2 adult with 6 kids to run the restaurant just to avoid paying decent salaries

I placed a pick up order online. The app said the store was closed for walk in and that I had to go thru the drive-thru. I did that only to have the guy at the window tell me to park and come inside. I tried but the door was closed so I had to walk around the other side of the building to enter. Once inside they didn't have my order after placing it 15min ago and waiting in line another 10. Now I'm standing inside and it has been 10min and my order is not ready. If I would've ordered a regular drive thru, I would've had my food by now. Never again.

The Wendy's in W.Rdg was clean service was great they cared that we enjoyed our meal.Since my husband used a Walker to get around a nice lady perhaps the manager opened the door for him.Thank You

I am allergic to mayonnaise & Everytime I order I make sure to say NO MAYO several times to get the point across & once again my burger came with mayonnaise on it. I am not a fan of wasting the money I work for & it's a waste of money everytime I order from y'all & throw the burgers away because it seems no one there understands what NO MAYONNAISE means. Luckily I always look in them before eating them cause I'd be highly upset if I would've ended up in the hospital because the employees don't know what no mayonnaise means

This wendy's couldn't get your order right if there lives depended on it. Every single time I place a grub hub order, I end up with the wrong sandwich.

Drive thru is too slow. Every time we go, we have to wait more than 15 minutes on the drive-thru line. Sometimes, we'll have to leave because it is too long of a wait.. it's called fast food for a reason. It needs to b fast..
